I just received a pair of sunglasses in a package that seems to have been already opened and in a very bad condition (destroyed)
The product seems to be o.k but it is very dissapointing to receive an order like this.I think that instead of sending caramels to your clients it would be better to seal the products in a secure way before you send it,so nobody has second thoughts.
