I must say I was nervous traveling out of the country for an outpatient procedure. I did a lot of research and came across Sapphire Clinic. I was overall content when I did a google search and came across Sapphire Clinic on the Top 10 Hair Transplant Clinics in Istanbul, Turkey. The staff was extremely polite when requesting a quote, and contacted me with results from the doctor's recommendation.

The white-glove service was extraordinary from the Airport (IST) to Hotel (Hilton) The Hotel to the Clinic (Sapphire Clinic) via Professional Transportation Services (Mercedes Benz Van). I was greeted by the Translators who were very polite, very professional, and explained the procedure every step of the way which made me very calm throughout the process.

Dr. Esin Egilmez, who gave the initial consultation intake was very professional, courteous, and discussed what to expect before-during-after transplant, and designed the outline of the hair diagram, which would be suitable for my hairline-scalp to look natural as possible, and I'm glad I followed her advice.

If anyone's looking for a hair transplant I would recommend Sapphire Hair Transplant because they exceeded all my hair loss needs, and I can't ask for anything more with my experience.

I had a hair transplant two months ago. 1) The doctors as well as their assistants and collaborators were super professional and attentive. 2) I had never had an operation in my life and I was never afraid because the doctors and their staff were sure of what they were doing. 3) the next day I was mammoth hungry and I already wanted to play sports (forbidden for 20 days) I just went shopping all day. 4) I never had any pain after the operation, but still had to take the anti-inflammatory drugs. 5) I must have had scabs for 10/15 days, I only had for 7 days. Frankly, I do not regret having chosen this clinic (saffire hair clinic), because today it will be two months since I had the operation. they told me I would see results in three months. I can guarantee you that after two months, I don't feel like I have been operated on. I have hair growing all over the place, even in the places that were transplanted, and I can't see where it got the implants from. I was pampered, and they are always attentive to the follow-up of my operation. I continually receive messages to send photos in order to have a diagnosis of the progress of the intervention. 6) you are never alone, the interpreter never lets you down. he looks after you all the time, and even doctors and their staff tell you all day what they are doing on you. 7) what to say about Mélissa… you feel like a member of her family. she is at our disposal 24 hours a day. she is kind, helpful, caring. as soon as you send her an SMS, she answers you tac-tac. she reassures you and she knows what she is talking about. she knows her job. they walk you through the process from start to finish. She follows you even after the operation. I can only recommend this clinic. Thank you to the whole saffire hair clinic team. I am very happy with my operation and the kindness of all the staff.

J'ai subi une greffe de cheveux il y a deux mois. 1) Les médecins ainsi que leurs assistants et collaborateurs étaient super professionnels et attentifs. 2) Je n'avais jamais subi d'opération de ma vie et je n'ai jamais eu peur parce que les médecins et leur personnel étaient sûrs de ce qu'ils faisaient. 3) le lendemain j'avais faim de mammouth et j'avais déjà envie de faire du sport (interdit pendant 20 jours) j'ai juste fait du shopping toute la journée. 4) Je n'ai jamais eu de douleur après l'opération, mais j'ai quand même dû prendre des anti-inflammatoires. 5) J'ai dû avoir des croûtes pendant 10/15 jours, je n'en ai eu que 7 jours. Franchement, je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi cette clinique (clinique capillaire saffire), car aujourd'hui cela va faire deux mois que je me suis fait opérer. ils m'ont dit que je verrais des résultats dans trois mois. Je peux vous garantir qu'après deux mois, je n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir été opérée. J'ai des cheveux qui poussent partout, même dans les endroits qui ont été transplantés, et je ne peux pas voir d'où viennent les implants. J'ai été choyé, et ils sont toujours attentifs au suivi de mon opération. Je reçois en permanence des messages pour envoyer des photos afin d'avoir un diagnostic de l'avancement de l'intervention. 6) vous n'êtes jamais seul, l'interprète ne vous laisse jamais tomber. il s'occupe de vous tout le temps, et même les médecins et leur personnel vous disent toute la journée ce qu'ils font sur vous. 7) que dire de Mélissa… vous vous sentez comme un membre de sa famille. elle est à notre disposition 24h/24. elle est gentille, serviable, attentionnée. dès que vous lui envoyez un SMS, elle vous répond tac-tac. elle te rassure et elle sait de quoi elle parle. elle connaît son travail. ils vous guident tout au long du processus du début à la fin. Elle vous suit même après l'opération. Je ne peux que recommander cette clinique. Merci à toute l'équipe de la clinique capillaire saffire. Je suis très content de mon opération et de la gentillesse de tout le personnel.

Awesome, is all I can say about Sapphire hair clinic. Everything went as advertised for my first transplant, from airport pick-up to hotel check-in, the procedure and airport drop off.
The team were very friendly and made me feel at home throughout my visit. Melissa played a pivotal role in my making the decision as she answered all my questions and was professional throughout the entire experience. Now four months after the procedure, my hair has clearly sprouted and my hairline is clearly defined. I'm eagerly waiting for the 9-12 months so I can go for the second procedure to close my crown area which wasn't done due to less donor area as I had extensive balding.
Melissa will be my go to person again.

After doing my first hair transplant i knew already that i may need a second one and knowing this is my last chance i had to be very careful when making a decision. After consulting around 20 clinics in Istanbul, it was clear for me that Sapphire hair clinic had an advantage over the rest. From the moment Melissa contacted me for the consultation, everything was clear and it was one of the few times i felt that i am treated as a patient because she was ready to answer all of my questions without pressuring me with deadlines or warning me about their busy calendars like other clinics. Melissa was very cooperative because i had like 100 concerns and she was always more than willing to help. Everything was planned and everything went as planned starting from the arrival up until the departure. The doctor and the medical team were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am writing this review almost 2 weeks post my transplant and I am very happy with the initial result and not to forget to mention the post operation checkups with Melissa and the doctor. I would highly recommend Sapphire hair clinic and looking forward to the results. Will post again in few months.
