Deflecting sliding door

We were in the market for a new sliding door. One of our local 'specialized' companies installing doors and windows is a Sapa Aluminium frames (sapabuildingsystems) reseller. After installation of our Sapa Confort smartline mono sliding door, we noticed a deflection of 5mm. Either this is a manufacturing fault, or wrong installation or the product itself isn't of enough quality. After confronting the Sapa specialist who sold us this, he ignored it and no solution was offered. As the root cause could not be established, my advise: stay away from Sapa Building Systems.
