If there was a half star that is what they would get. My package was supposedly delivered to someone else. I'm not buying it. SCAM ALL THE WAY!

Rubbish .Dress nothing like the one advertised. Stated it was linen but was cheap looking polyester. Lesson learned. Also cost more with currency exchange charges.

This company is terrible. They show you a great t-shirt and then you get a completely different shirt. I contacted customer services and they told me that they use cheaper materials to keep the cost down. They would not give me a refund and let me return the item because it was made in China. They offered me a 20% off coupon. 30$ gone. I saw a review on thier site that they delete all bad reviews. Buyer beware. BTW: This company represents themselves as the World Wildlife Conservation.

Very misleading pictures on website. The products I ordered were named "embroidered" and they were not. They were made of a paper-like, scratchy polyester that I would not wear and no embroidery. I am having difficulty communicating with them for a refund. They are resisting sending me the return address. Very disappointed.

I could give this a zero, if I would. Nothing is embroidered. The denim jacket is polyester. Nothing looks like the pictures. And if it is true that no funds go to support the national parks, I feel even more scammed. What a disappointment. I could have donated this money to a legitimate organization.

What was shown on the website was a pull over sweater with an embroidered profile of Grizzly Bear 399. What I received was a thin sweatshirt with screen printed picture of Grizzly Bear 399. FALSE ADVERSTING!!! Like others have mentioned, I would have to pay postage to China in order to return it to the company. I received subsequent emails stating Saooeo had initiated the return process after I answered I would NOT pay postage to return item. I, too, wish I would have researched Saooeo company before I purchased anything from them. This review really deserves 0 stars but that is not possible to give. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Not sure of date of experience. I erased their info.

Don’t buy!!! Purchased a sweatshirt, it’s not a sweatshirt it’s polyester and the color is wrong. Absolutely don’t like it. I can return but have to pay the shipping which is expensive back to China😞 They have nothing to do with donating to any organization!!!

Ordered a sweatshirt and still have not received it over a month later. Two emails went unanswered. Should’ve researched before ordering.

I had to rate a star 1, I wasn't going to even give that.
I bought 3 pretty soft knit sweaters, from the pictures. What I received was 3 light weight "printed" sweatshirts.
I would like to be able to send pictures.

Ordered sweater. They sent a sweatshirt nothing like the picture. Contacted them 5 times. They refused a refund…can’t return. This site is a sham! Instead they wanted to offer a 20% discount on future products!!! lol like anyone would trust them again!!!

Please do not order of this company they based in china . The quality of my jumper was shocking. And I’m now in dispute with the company to get my money back . 0 stars would be more appropriate.

Since my last review I emailed these fraudsters asking for a full refund. Their reply was we can send it back but we need to pay for postage! This is after paying for a not as described item and postage already! I replied and asked for evidence of their charitable donation and guess what ..... no further reply!!

I'd like to give this company no stars. It's shameful the way they use breast cancer to sell cheap worthless clothes. Mine was advertised as a a sweater. It was a very cheaply made- I don't even know what the fabric was- sweatshirt. It looked nothing at all like the picture. I'm so mad at myself for letting myself get scammed like this. STAY AWAY from this awful company.

Did not receive total order. What was received is not wearable.

Scam... goods not as advertised. Rubbish screen printed instead of knitted garments as shown on their advertisements. Trying to get a refund is nigh near impossible

Cardigan took several weeks to arrive. Not knitted screen printed on inferior fabric. No contribution to breast cancer. No response from customer service. Not based in USA. I lost 45 pounds sterling. Be careful.
