SCAM ALERT!!!!!! I paid $100 for bathing suites. Never received my products. I have sent several emails and get automated responses. No actual response to resolve the issue. Their phone number listed does not work! They should have law suites against them for how much money they have stolen from people.

Do not order!!! They take your money then never send your items or reply.
Any attempt to contact is met with an automated email response and then no correspondence from any customer service team.
Avoid!!!

Have not received my swimsuit and no tracking information. Automated response from email and website. I will be disputing with my credit card. Horrible customer service.

My experience with Santana Swim has been an absolute joke. Their website says that swimwear runs slightly large so I ordered down a size. It was too small so I have been trying to exchange the size for two weeks and have made no progress. I keep emailing them and they keep responding with generic answers saying to "initiate a return by emailing." I have attempted to do this several times but instead of "initiating a return", it just sends me in circles with the same emails. Ridiculous and a waste of time and money.

Finally after a month of emailing, I was able to initiate a return. I followed their instructions and returned the swimsuit to exchange for another size. That was two months ago and still no replacement has arrived and I have received no response from the company. They have my money and I have nothing. I advise you to shop elsewhere.

Order a swimsuit 2 weeks ago. It hasn't shipped at all; I've received no status update. I've sent 4 emails with no response, reached out on Instagram with no response, and tried to reach out via chatbot to no avail. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card soon. Serves me right for being influenced by Instagram ads.
