Ordered This December 13th and didn't receive until January 6th after paying for express shipping. The shoes come at a premium cost but what shows up looks and feels like aliexpress/ wish.com quality. Won't be ordering again.

It said I was ordering a sweater. The zoomed in picture even showed a sweater texture and it was a weird silky material thin shirt that I received. You tricked me and I’m not happy.

False advertisement
This company, SantaJoker, falsely advertises/describes their product. They advertise their Christmas sweaters as "acrylic wool blend fabric" and include a zoom in image of what clearly is knitted, wool material, however, what you receive is a screen printed polyester-cotton mix sweatshirt. When I asked to return my purchased item and requested a refund, I was told that they do not give refunds for customer error, i.e. wrong size ordered or general unhappiness. How does falsely describing a product not qualify me for a refund? This is a horrible practice and is no less than criminal.
