I ordered and received a Power Sphere but without the appropriate adaptor.This was my error by not stipulating that I needed it.However after contacting James I received a prompt reply and he organised one for me freight free and with a heavy discount.I am grateful for the attention and can't wait to try it out when I receive the adaptor.
They can show many a company or two about good prompt service.

This company is the real deal. I purchased the Power Sphere Grinder attachment. It arrived as expected, free shipping, and I was impressed by the solid construction. It is a major attachment, and not some cheap part you might expect from a place by the Harbor. I am delighted with my purchase, can't wait to start using it.

Customer service for Sanrico is very prompt and accommodating to mail order problems. I live in a rural area where USPS does not deliver mail to my house. The product I ordered does not fit inside a P. O . Box so the post office would not accept. Contact with customer service made things right.

While it was difficult to find customer service on the website, they were extremely responsive and found my missing UPS order and corrected it in two days!! No that’s how you ‘run a railroad’ and my stepfather used to say. I will shop here again. Also their drill bits worked as advertised.

I.ordered some aluminium welding rods and in the process of ordering I put the wrong address in . Once I contacted Sanrico they immediately replied and said they would ship me a new batch for free, including delivery. Great service!

The adapter we ordered with the spherical grinder was not usable....the threading had a serious flaw. James responded within 12 hours and a new adapter will be shipped soon! Thanks.
