Sanrico easy square drill…

I ordered the Sanrico easy square drill bit assuming from the brief video shown that it would work on my drill press with no problem. It came with no instructions so when I tried it I could not get it to work. I tried to contact Sanrico for tech support however they do not have a phone number to call for an actual conversation. Upon doing some more research I learned that this bit will not work without a special mortising attachment for drill presses. After a few emails to Sanrico contact website I was informed to the same solution; however Sanrico does not make this attachment so I will be looking for another source. They have offered to refund my cost of their drill bit.

That free adapter offer to get a good review is a scam from Sanrico.

This company strong arms to get good reviews. Example. I wasn’t told I needed an adapter for the power ball, and upon reading other complaints, this was typical. I could not use it without paying more for the adapter. Screw that. So they offer it for free…only if I give a 4 or 5 star review. F them. That’s dishonest and probably illegal. Trustpilot is aware these asshats from Sanrico do this and now you are as well if you are reading this. My earlier 4 star review was just to get the damned adapter. Which I have now. Lol. F U you Sanrico. I played ya at your own game. Never EVER going to buy ANYTHING from them again, plus I will bad mouth them on other social media, as that’s what they have coming to them for being dishonest in dealing with people. Screw ‘em.

It is clearly mentioned under the price "powsersphere" or "powersphere + adapter".

You contacted our Customer Service Team on july 13th after receiving your package. Our refund policy mentionned on our website allows a customer to return his product and ask for a refund 15 days after receiving a package.

As a result we couldn't process to your refund. However, we sent you a link in order to get your adapter that you did not purchase in the first place. YOU REFUSED.

Despite your week late we offered to ship you an adapter for free and paid for shipping and suggested you to post a review regarding our company.

In your first email after we told you that you did order an adapter you said you did not want it because: "it will extend the ball away from the grinder base, making it unwieldy." You're now saying that your earlier 4 star review "was just to get the damned adapter". Do you want the adapter or not?

We feel sorry, surprised and disappointed about your behaviour, despite our best intentions and our efforts to improve the situation which makes us think that you might be one of our competitors.

I give Sanrico 5 stars because they went above and beyond what they needed to do to satisfy me. The best part about the order is that I read it wrong and was 100 % my mistake and they made it right at no cost to me. I'm a very SATISFIED customer. Thank You Jeff

Received timely shipment of powersphere, but wife forgot to order adapter. Customer service kindly allowed me to order needed part although they do not normally sell separate. Many thanks.

I had ordered the bit but I didn’t realize I needed to order the adapter as well. When I reached out to the company, they were excellent at sending out the adapter to me. Their customer service is excellent

I purchased the powerplane woodcarving…

I purchased the powerplane woodcarving disk. I am a little disappointed in the durability. Despite damage to 2 of the blades I can still use it with satisfying results. I will purchase again.

Delivery issues

I ordered three items in early May 2021 and received one in about three weeks. The other two did not show up for a long time. I repeated the order of the other two and sent a few emails to get feedback on delivery expectations. the response was unsatisfactory claiming one item was delivered mid May.
The overall ordered came within two days apart by June 20th. I am satisfied with the product but concerned with the delivery and the extra effort needed to track the order.

You placed 2 orders in early may (05/03), and one on the 29th of may. You received your first order on the 19th of may and your 3rd order on the 16th of june.

Regarding your second order, we have checked to find out the reason why your shipment was delayed. The product was expected to be delivered as the same time as your first order but the shipment got lost in transit due to an error from our carrier. We have fixed the issue before you contacted us and shipped a new package. Your package was delivered on the 19th of june. However, we do regret any inconvenience caused due to the delay. Generally, such delays never happen.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I mistakenly ordered my power sphere without the adapter and contacted them about my issue. Within a day they had created a link for me to order the adapter only. Thank you Sanrico!

I ordered the low temp aluminum welding…

I ordered the low temp aluminum welding rods. I got a little nervous when the tracking said it had been delivered but I did not receive anything. I checked the web site under FAQ and found the answer I was looking for so it seemed to me this was not that unusual to them. I waited several days as it said but still a no show with my order. I contacted them and explained the issue. They returned my email fairly quick and got to work tracking down what happened to my order. After about 2 days my order showed up. I sent an email to give them the heads up I got my order. All is good. International mail can be quirky sometimes. Would I do business with them again? Yes.

The saga continues

The saga continues. Sanrico has not refunded my money, as they stated they would. Rather, they repeatedly tried to get me to change my review by offering first a gift card and the adapter, and then a refund, if and only if I first modified my review, presumably to their satisfaction. I refused on the grounds that what I said in my review was true: buyers should beware for the reasons stated. I then said I would return the two items I had ordered. The website says easy returns. But of course that is also not true. Sanrico replied that is was too late - which of course was technically true since the parts took so long to arrive and then they wasted even more of my time with their attempts to get me to change my review. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary to warn others so as to save them the frustration and disappointment I have experienced. Anyway, I am done with Sanrico. Should they reply to this post, I would suggest taking their response with a grain of salt.

Their customer service is non-existent

Their customer service is non-existent. I wrote multiple emails and they did not reply so I asked to return the product and they did not reply either. They don't provide a phone number so emails are the only way to communicate with them and if they choose not to reply there is nothing you can do.

You placed an order for your powersphere on april 21th and received it on may 3rd. (you contacted us asking either for a refund or an adapter, we REPLIED and sent you a link ON THE SAME DAY and you bought the adapter). According to our terms and conditions you have 15 days to return your product, in your case it was until the 18th of may).

In the meantime, you ordered an adapter on may 10th and received it on may 20th. After receiving your adapter you noticed that it did not fit your grinder. You had all the INFORMATIONS in the link we sent you before ordering. As explained by email, we can only refund your adapter. On a commercial basis we agreed on letting you keep the adapter and refund this item. We are still waiting on your answer.

First time I ever dealt with this…

First time I ever dealt with this company. Very satisfied with my purchase, and I did have a small issue, so I contacted the company. They responded to my issue within 24 hours, and went above and beyond what I was expecting to help me out. I was very impressed with their customer service, and in the future if I need a woodworking tool, this will be the first website/company I check.

Happy Customer

In the past I have ordered various items from Sanrico without any problems. My last order for a Profile Tool got somehow lost in transit. I contacted the Customer Service Department about it how got things sorted out and rectified very quickly for me. For that reason, I give them full marks. Well done.
