I came here with a pure heart and a sincere desire to donate blood and save lives. However, I was deeply disappointed by the cold, bureaucratic treatment. Despite having excellent blood quality, the staff focused on old scars from my teenage years and used a 'language barrier' as an excuse to reject me. It is ironic that you claim to need donors every 5 minutes, yet you turn away healthy people for such trivial and rigid reasons. You treat donors like machines or paperwork, not like humans volunteering their time and blood. If you want to solve the donor shortage, you should start by treating people with more respect and flexibility.
