BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

Long story short: original order shipping took forever. Wrong item arrived weeks later. 2 weeks since reaching out and still not resolved. Sent me an e-gift card for less than cost of item to repurchase. Claim correct item shipped, USPS shows only shipping label created. Disorganized, bad customer service. Unreliable, sketchy company. DO NOT order from here.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I’ve emailed them multiple times and reached out via instagram with no answer. My order should have shipped weeks ago and no update. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Update: they are hiding my instagram comments calling them out but still won’t respond to my emails or direct messages on social media.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I am trying to contact them for a month now to assist me with an exchange and they don’t reply and there is no other way to contact them, only emails. Please avoid them

Avoid at all costs

Genuinely worst experience i’ve ever had with a company. Ordered a Bikini for my holiday to Ireland with more than enough time for it to arrive and it arrived after my holiday. Not the biggest deal as I understand stuff happens out of anyone’s control and unworn unopened I tried to return it. Website told me to email to get a return as they didn’t have an option for my county in returns. When I did email I got a response telling me they can’t accept returns outside of the US? Bar that I had ordered from this company as It was recommended for their size range regarding bust and their largest size couldn’t fit a DD cup. 118.80 for one bikini that can’t be returned is so silly. Assume they’re just a greedy company

Terrible customer service

Good luck trying to return it exchange anything. The item I wanted to exchange wasn’t an option on their automated exchange setup. Emailed 3 times. If you need to exchange they wait for it to get back to them BEFORE sending you the new item, so expect it to be minimum of 2 weeks.
Going to dispute with Amex since I haven’t heard back. Avoid!

This underwire style actually gives…

This underwire style actually gives lift without pinching, rare find. I had a couple tiny fit questions before ordering and they responded with in 5 minutes! Arrived fast and fits exactly as they suggested. Love it.

So far- I am not happy.

So far- I am not happy.
Bought a great top and bottom swim suit and they sent me 2 tops. Waited 3 weeks for the delivery.
Now- I have emailed them daily with no response.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company sadly!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Sanori Swimwear. The quality of the swimwear was poor and did not match the price. The material felt cheap, the fit was off, and overall it was not worth the money at all. They also sent me a wrong size of the top.
What made this experience even worse was the customer service. I reached out multiple times to request an exchange (they don't do returns at all), and despite sending several emails, I received no response. The only reply I ever got was from a representative named Emma initially, and after that, complete silence. Being ignored after spending money on a product is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
A brand that claims to care about its customers should not disappear the moment there’s an issue. If you value quality products and reliable customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be purchasing from Sanori Swimwear again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Customer service is maybe the worst I have ever experienced.

This is an online company so obviously you don’t know how things are going to fit, they only allow you to return one time otherwise you’re stuck with a suit that doesn’t fit.

I tried to make an return (that you can only exchange, not actually return) of an item I purchased at FULL PRICE and because they were having a sale at the time I tried to exchange they would only give me a credit of what the item was priced at the time of exchange, not what I actually paid for it.

Unforgiving and restrictive; quality not worth price

I bought a swimsuit from Sanori and found their customer service and swimsuit quality to be lacking for the price. First of all, USPS was not going to be able to deliver it in time for a trip that I bought it for, and their return policy is extremely restrictive. They would not offer a refund at all even if I explained that I wouldn't even open the package. Then two days later they started a huge sale that would have made the inability to return much less painful, but they wouldn't offer a partial refund for the difference between the full price and the sale price. In the end, the swimsuit itself has several issues with it. The knot on the top is off-center, and the knots on the bottoms aren't even. Next time I would choose a place with a more generous customer service experience. We're paying over $100 for a yard of fabric and imperfect construction; there is no way that their margins wouldn't allow them to be a bit more forgiving with the return process.

We had a very disappointing experience…

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their return policy is extremely restrictive and feels deceptive. We originally purchased some swimsuits that didn’t fit my wife well, so we returned them—only to receive store credit instead of a refund.

Using that store credit, we bought another pair, but when we attempted to return those, we were told that items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return. It felt like a complete trap.

To make matters worse, the quality of the swimsuits doesn’t match the high price point. In the end, we took the loss and will not be shopping with them again. I recommend choosing a more reputable brand like Gooseberry or Swim Swim.

Unfortunately, our experience with Sanori was a letdown—and I’d advise others to steer clear.

I was excited to try a swimsuit from Sanori, but my overall experience left me a bit disappointed. The shipping took about two weeks, which felt quite long. When it arrived, I tried it on once with undergarments, kept all the original tags on, and never actually used it. Unfortunately, I found out that Sanori doesn’t offer refunds—even for items that are clearly unused and in original condition. I understand that swimwear has stricter policies, but it would’ve been helpful if this had been made clearer before purchase. Just something to keep in mind if you’re considering buying from them.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware - no refund policy!
I recently purchase a swimsuit from Sanori - they marketed to me through Facebook. Sanori has no brick and mortar location in Los Angeles so I needed to try for size and fit. Unfortunately, the top's underwire cut into me and there were no other workable options to match with the bottoms.

I contacted Sanori in less than 24 hours - tried on my suit with an undergarment (not to mention, there was a sanitary sticker in the bottom). Sanori refused to refund to my card and wouldn't send a return label unless I agreed to an exchange. I searched their site but there were only two options in the bottom cut that I liked and neither had a top that would work.

I recently lost everything I own in the wildfires. I have to replace everything! And now part of my budget has been conned out of me by Sanori. (California Civil Code states that on-line merchants must display a 'no refund policy' at point to sale - Sanori is in violation of the CA code.)
