SanMar Apparel has been fantastic! Their products are excellent quality, durable, and always look great. Their customer service team is incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and every order I’ve placed has been processed and delivered very quickly. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality apparel and outstanding service!

SanMar is the poster child of modern corporate trickery, proudly flaunting its ability to nickel-and-dime customers through a maze of smoke, mirrors, and—of course—payment games. Their brilliant “policy” dictates that if you dare pay by credit card, refunds are apparently too advanced a concept for them to grasp. Instead, you’re rewarded with a meaningless account credit, as if you should be honored to let SanMar babysit your money.

Naturally, they won’t apply it back to your card, nor will they show a positive balance—because transparency would be far too generous. The whole charade is engineered for one simple outcome: that you’ll forget the credit exists and, surprise, SanMar pockets the win. It’s less a refund policy and more a masterclass in corporate sleight of hand.

I have made one order with them and my god I had to send them my medical report and blood type. NEVER AGAIN I will stay with S&S active wear

More orders not shipping on time. This has been a ongoing issue the past 10 months with this company.

Only reason I give them one star is bc they do have some great workers. Outside of that, upper management and some supervisors treat their employees like trash. If you stand up for your employee rights they will terminate you. If you are Latino or Asian this company is for you. If you are Caucasian or African American forget it... this company needs a serious upper management makeover.

My experience in the last 2 years that I have had my business has been nothing short of wonderful! I have had great customer service and shipping is fast, easy and very efficient. The email follow-up is also excellent!

Poor customer service Lady in the office took offense when we rated their Port Co t shirts as being inferior and to porous sending ink through the shirt instead of sitting on the shirt. Poor customer service I would recommend Alpha & S&S activewear. Actually any distributor is better than Sanmar

Sanmar has been one of our best suppliers. Even though Covid has caused many issues with shipping and stock availability, they try to go the extra mile to try and keep us stocked and have a good backordering system.
