Competative Pricing on Branded Products
Prices are competive (often beating the competition), products are authentic (branded) and delivery tracking is transparent (and timely). No issues with recommending Sanitino (at least you should check their prices before you buy from your usual).

Bad experience
I paid on 15.03.2026, they did not deliver the product and I received the money back on 12.04.2026, that is, after a month, during which I asked why they did not deliver or refund the money. I thought that, if they are from the Czech Republic, they are serious, but life beats the movie. I gave one star because there is no zero. Conclusion: stay away from Sanitino, if you do not want to get screwed, like me

Unfortunately, the parcel was returned back to our warehouse due to an incident that occurred during transport. It arrived at our warehouse on March 31, 2026. After the return was received and the situation was verified, the refund process was initiated on April 10, 2026.
As communicated to you by email, together with the issued correction document, the refund may take up to 14 days from the date of that document.

Regarding the reported damage, as stated in the terms and conditions https://www.sanitino.ro/termeni-si-conditii-generale accepted when placing the order, the condition of the shipment should be checked immediately after delivery and any transport damage should be reported without delay, no later than within 2 days of receipt. In this case, that period has unfortunately already passed.

Dorim să menționăm că serviciul de livrare este gestionat de partenerul de transport, însă tratăm cu maximă seriozitate orice sesizare legată de comportamentul curierului sau de calitatea livrării. Vă rugăm să ne transmiteți mai multe detalii despre situația întâmpinată, pentru a putea verifica cazul și a înainta o reclamație oficială către transportator.
Ne dorim să găsim o soluție și să remediem această experiență neplăcută.

The order states clear that the deliver will be made to the locker of the shipping company (close to my home) but the shipping company informed me by mail that I must go to their headquarters for pickup. This is not acceptable.
