THEY have been know to charge your card for memberships you didn't order ..... and good luck getting a refund. Very very unethical company. I called to stop my order and they said it was already sent out. It wasn't .... I checked with my bank and the payment was still processing. Now I need to block their business with my bank, so they won't charge future charges. Dont do business with them... Even BBB has gotten numerous complaints. they run their call center out of NYC ...not WA where the company is.

To clarify for anyone reading, Jane accidentally placed a duplicate order and selected some optional add-ons. As soon as we spoke, our team immediately canceled and refunded those extras ($276 and the duplicate $88.95).
You are currently only being charged for your single original order of $88.95. Please keep in mind that while the refunds are processed on our end, banks typically take 3–5 business days to reflect that balance back in your account. We’ve confirmed everything is settled as we discussed on the phone, but if you don't see those credits by early next week, please reach back out so we can advocate with the bank for you!

A $240 scam
I got suckered in to buying six bottles of Pro 60. I read the reviews before ordering so I was a knowledgeable sucker. Don’t waste your money. Pro 60 has done nothing to lighten my pigmented skin spots. The directions on the bottle also lack specific instructions as to how to apply it. They say ‘use a dime size’ but no further info as what to do with the dime size. Don’t waste your money. Once again I was sucked in to believing the impossible.

I would give a 0 rating if I could. They shipped me a product that I never ordered. I placed an item in my shopping cart but never clicked place order. I decided to check them out first b4 placing order. I suddenly got an email saying that my order was on the way. I don't even know how it was paid for because I did not even get a chance to enter a payment method. Maybe they are tied in with another company that I bought from in the past that saved my billing information????? This is bad business. This company is scamming people. When I tried to get back into their website my computer gave me a message that this is a dangerous webpage. I guess this says it all. I wanted to go in and remove all my info but I can't. I will have a fit if they send me anything else. I will not be paying for anything. Sane Solutions Scam - 1/9/2026 and 2/8/2026
On 1/9/2026, I placed two orders with Sane Solutions. One for $121.95 and a second one for $79.00. I have tried calling customer service several times for almost an hour and then the phone line always gets disconnected.
I am trying to return the product. Because of my family’s medical history, my primary physician has advised me not to use the product. Now I see that the company has charged two additional transactions on 2/8/2026. One was for $87.00 and the other for $50.00.
I am trying to send the product back, but I cannot get a hold of customer service. The website dictates that those who purchase products and want to return the products to first contact customer service and they would help with the return. The website also provides a warning that if you don’t contact customer service first, there is a good chance that there will be a delay in reimbursement, or, there is also a good chance that the returned product will not be handled appropriately and that I might never be reimbursed.
At this point, I am going to turn the company over to the Better Business Bureau. My bank has also contacted me regarding these charges being “suspicious”.

Benefits from taking VITAAE
I have been taking VITAAE for a few years and have found that it does help lessening the build up of phlegm. My concern is that the VITAAE tablets are very difficult to swallow and I have reported this to SANE.

I have COPD Congestion I have taken over the counter drug for Mucus Release but I dont like the results, I saw your ad and decided to try it. I dont take 2 tablets as suggested I only take one tablet and not every day, only when congestion builds up. I find relief almost instantly in relieving my cough and congestion. So I am very happy with the results.
