Such a terrible aftersales service

Such a terrible aftersales service , for a relatively new vehicle that's not done 50,000k yet , it's been in several times and everytime it's 3 or 4 weeks lead time , just for an assesment.
And then wait again to try and fix the problem .Fuming

Incorrect product supplied and poor service.

I ordered Ford Super Plus Premium Coolant 5L and was sent Fort POAT 5L Coolant instead.

When I contacted Sandicliffe, they were reluctant to accept a returns request as POAT is now the supplied product - their website said it was Super Plus Premium and that was what I ordered...

Eventually, a Return Label was supplied and the incorrectly coolant was returned with immediate effect.

A refund was issued for the coolant, but not the postage (I assume sandicliffe thought I would not notice), after a couple of follow up emails, the postage was eventually refunded.

The whole process took almost five weeks, utterly ridiculous when compared to the return and refund process of Amazon.

Excellent service

Excellent service, from obtaining the car from Nottingham branch to Loughborough, to picking up car this morning. All Covid safe, thank you Tim.

Dreadful

Bought a Ford focus (used) on 1.4.16 from purchase date to collection date some paint was chipped from front bumper, which they took the car car back a week later and fixed,.

But in the next 9 weeks it has been back to service for a still as yet UNRESOLVED suspension issue, going over traffic calming bumps the car sounds like an old rusty bed, it lurches so far forward that my Wife on one occasion almost suffered whiplash,

now when I'm travelling with her if she's not looking at the road I have to keep telling her to brace herself by saying "Bump"
Most unsatisfactory after saving for 3 years without any holidays to buy this car for £10000, we had no confidence in the safety of the car so last week we went to Cornwall for a week in a Car I hired!!!!

Sandicliffe just keep saying they are uncertain what the problem is and now I just want to sell the car take the loss and move on.
AVOID Sandicliffe at all cost I chose them for the main dealer experience and feel instead like I've been had over by Terry Tibbs!

I have always had old bangers before this car but I knew what to expect for a few hundred quid but this Heap of Trash has caused me so much stress and anxiety that I cannot even talk to Sandicliffe to resolve this anymore for fear of completely losing my self control.

I was promised calls from General Manager, Sales Manager And Service Manager guess what I heard from none of them they just took my Money and thought F@@k you pal

mysterious Yeti movements in Nottingham

Bought a Yeti on 19-01-16 and took delivery on 05-02-16. During that time it had gained 264 miles on the speedo. Sales manager says that the vehicle had been locked in a secure compound the whole time.
Beware, residents of Daybrook, Nottingham, Yetis are sneaking out of their compound at night and are secretly travelling round the area!!!
p.s. Our Yeti was non the worse for its experience. Wife loves it to bits.

Great

I ordered a replacement alloy wheel from Sandicliffe because I was struggling to get one from a dealer at a reasonable price.

The wheel arrived properly packaged and on time.
