Great customer service
My samples got lost by the local mail and the customers service was really quick to fix the issue. They responded very fast to my emails and organised a next day delivery (special shout out to Laetitia). I have then ordered the some wallpaper and everything went fine (got delivered on time, nice packaging and practical to carry).

Awful quality of wallpaper
Awful quality of wallpaper, so difficult to hang. Followed instructions& have been decorating for years. Great prints but quality let down. Also emailed sandberg for a response about colour matching and they never responded !

Never received
I purchased wallpaper for our space that we designed around it. We had the cabinets painted to match this paper. The wallpaper never shipped but we were charged. After I reached out, they told me the wallpaper is out of stock and discontinued. How disappointing and heart breaking as there is not a substitute that can come close.

Only one racerblade in the kit is absolutely not enough
The wallpaper cutter was probably ok, but since it is really important to change the racerblade very often, it would have beeen good to send more of those in a starting kit. Or, at least give a hint that extra racerblades would be an important product to add to the basket. This would be particularly valuable for those that buy the whole wallpaperkit, since people who buy this kit are probably not so experienced with hanging walllpaper, hence don#t necessarily know how important it is to change blade all the time to avoid taring the wallpaper instead of making clean cuts.
