This company has no idea what they are doing. Absolutely no communication of job status from Sanctuary and each time you call the main number you speak to a different person who will “pass the info along” to the correct person who NEVER calls back. From the pushy flat-earther salesman, the installers who leave the job unfinished (screws falling out of the wall, electrical outlets left LIVE outside, door handles that don’t match) to the clueless permit department and the disrespectful owner too busy driving around in his glammed out cybertruck to help you- find a different company, you’ve been warned.
