I ordered a coat on Black Friday. They sent the wrong one, I wanted to exchange but they now don’t have my size. Tried to get it in a different colour but they are no longer applying the 15% first discount. After a full refund and return of jacket. They say I have to pay £3 to return although it’s their error. Emailed 3 times, called 3 times, no answer. Avoid them like the plague!!!

I ordered sports kit last season and it took 3 months to arrive, this season I've been waiting for over 5 months and the customer service team are ignoring all emails and phone calls. Avoid at all costs

I found this company easy to deal with. The website is easy to use and the pricing, delivery and returns policy clearly set-out. Fair price for the product I bought, and was really happy with the quality when it arrived. I’d have no issues using them in the future.

Erratic sizing
Every time the package arrives from Samurai the order is wrong the sizing is wrong. Over 50 emails back and forward over the space of a year about
Emailed manager and highlighted the problem
The only company I have ordered from where you only receive silence after your money is taken. It’s a guessing game as to when it arrives because no updates are sent also note they don’t use tracking to send out items.

Poor sizing, delays, mixed up orders, orders sent to wrong addresses. Up to 14 weeks for an item to be delivered that was ‘in stock’
Lacking in good customer service. The list is endless.
I’ll be glad when the school moves suppliers.

Such a poor experience with this provider. As the chosen supplier for our son's school sports equipment, the level of service that we have received has been dreadful. And I know that many other families have experienced the same issues.

Many items not in stock, despite us trying to order 2 months before the start of term. Sizing is way off; ordered a large youth pair of rugby shorts, which is supposed to be a 28" waist. It is not a 28" waist; at best it is 22" when worn comfortably. When this was raised, we were told that it was our fault and we should have read the size guide; which we did. There is no inside leg measurement on these garments either, so not only were the shorts far too narrow, but they were extremely high on the leg. Totally inappropriate for an 11-year old boy to wear shorts this short to play rugby in!

And finally, when we ordered replacements, we were told the turnaround time was 15 working days! When the need to reorder was because of this company's lack of adequate stock and inaccurate sizing, it is totally unreasonable for them to make absolutely no effort to resolve their errors in a timely manner.

Thankfully the school is reconsidering their relationship with Samurai, and I would encourage other sports teams to do so too.

They sent my order rather quickly a few months ago. I just decided to review today. They didn’t really send me order updates like a typical business would but they sent the package quickly!

Samurai club cricket attire had inconsistent sizing. Luckily our local club had a selection of Samurai kit ordered in bulk. Where I would normally order a Medium cricket jersey I found small fitted better which I found odd as I am 6ft.

Likewise I ordered both a half sleeve & full sleeve cricket whites in small. The half sleeve top fitted fine but the full sleeve was too tight.

Having requested an exchange, it was rejected by Samurai as the "forensics" carried out by them lead to the conclusion the sizing was correct! Alot of time and effort was spent by Samurai to try disprove my request when it would have been a better experience all round, including my club to accept that I would not want to exchange a top for the fun of it bearing in mind my other successful purchases made were also in "small" size

It was a customer service experience that I would associate from a small retailer in the 1980's

Very helpful staff after ordering from online store. I ordered a replica shirt to be delivered for a Christmas present for my dad. I made a mistake of getting the delivery address wrong and Rose went out of her way to contact me so it could be delivered as soon as possible. My second mistake was ordering the wrong shirt and unfortunately they didn't stock what i was looking for. I received my refund within 3 days of sending the parcel back.

Could find my rugby top of the teams site so went to these guys direct and they had some in stock! Easy payment and fast delivery.
