Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Avoid Samsonite Europe & Sweden
I am deeply disappointed with Samsonite Europe and Sweden. I own a 2-year-old Samsonite bag, and the handle broke. You would think that a brand that prides itself on quality and durability would stand by its products – but no.
I reached out to Samsonite Scandinavia, specifically speaking back in early July. The last time I heard from them was July 12th. It has now been over a month, despite me following up several times. No updates, no resolution, not even a courtesy reply.
For such an expensive brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If they can’t even fix a handle on a relatively new bag, what’s the point of paying for the “Samsonite” name?
Do yourself a favor – do not buy from Samsonite Europe or Sweden. Their after-sales service is non-existent, and you’ll be left stranded if something goes wrong.
