My fiancé and I had such an amazing experience designing my engagement ring with Sam’s Jewelers. From start to finish, the entire process felt personal, collaborative, and genuinely exciting. We came in with a vision for a custom ring, and they helped us bring it to life perfectly.
I ended up with a stunning 2.55 ct oval-cut lab grown diamond ring with tulip prongs, a hidden halo, and a cathedral platinum setting. It's truly my dream ring. What made the experience so special was how patient and accommodating everyone, especially the owner, was throughout the design process. We made several changes along the way, tweaking different details until everything was exactly how we wanted it, and they were supportive and helpful every single step of the way.
