Great customer service
I ordered a large and an x-large of a dress. The x-large was too big and I wanted to return it. They offered to let me keep it and gave me a gift card instead of a refund. I'm happy. Very responsive customer service.
I'm going to offer it up to a high school girl for a prom dress.

I ordered the black jumpsuit. It fit perfectly; I didn’t even need to hem it. So, I ordered the same in blue and I’m very happy with this product.

Ordered a black ruffled jumpsuit
Ordered a black ruffled jumpsuit. Fabric was thin and cheap. The fit was odd-belted waist band was awkwardly high and sat above the bottom of my ribs.
Their return policy states that a return application needs to be submitted within 30 days of arrival. My order arrived April 19,2023. My application was submitted on May 13,2023. Three days later I received a response and denied return approval as they said I was outside the return date. I have sent a screenshot of the arrival date sent by the shipping carrier as well as a copy of their return policy.
This product ships from China. If I has realized this, I would not have ordered.

Purchased a black dressy jumpsuit
Purchased a black dressy jumpsuit. The material is paper thin and therefore I am unable to wear it. Prior to receiving it, I had messaged about shipping status and received prompt, pleasant responses. When I messaged about returning I have now been ghosted. I do not recommend as the quality is poor and the customer service is even worse.

Very quality pieces of clothing that fit nicely. The price is also reasonable on all the pieces. Nice clothing items that are soft and comfortable.
