First class service from Sams. From Bilge who went through everything with me to Taylan my interpereter and driver taking me to every appointment. First class travel and 5star hotel. Cant wait for next visit to finish my treatment. Had all top teeth out and no problem and no pain.xxx

This dentist blatantly ripped me off I paid £5300 for nothing al they did was take out 4 teeth and a plastic denture and sent me back to the uk when I was meant to return they tried charging me a extra £2000 smh and refused to finish the work they made up lies saying I was rude to the dentist and said I blamed them for my sickness what was nothing to do with them they too were racist that’s why they didn’t want to do my teeth in the first place they just wanted my money and left me with a messed up mouth Ive been advised to seek legal action against them and that is what I am doing they are refusing to give me a copy of the contract and receipts etc so legal action is needed as they are scammers they don’t respond to emails or what’s app messages

I came to Izmir to have a trifocal lens replacement in both eyes on the recommendation of a friend who had also had this same procedure through this company. She was delighted with the care she received and I am also. Taylan and Cemre were there for me from my first enquiry throughout the whole procedure right up to my departure. I have had travelled to Izmir with Sam patient services. Replacement trifocals lenses with toric. Additionally I have had full zirconia crowns and I am very pleased with both treatments and I can see 😁after 54 years wearing glasses and contacts with a high minus.

I chose this company based on a recommendation. My friend came to this clinic 4 years ago for dental implant treatment and had an All-on-6 procedure. She was extremely happy with the results and still is today. Because of her experience, I decided to contact SAM as well, and they recommended a 24 zirconia treatment for me.

When I arrived, they took my X-rays and the doctor examined everything carefully. I followed the doctor’s advice when choosing the tooth shape and colour. I was a bit nervous at first, knowing the first day could be difficult, but the team was so kind and reassuring that they made me feel completely at ease.

After the treatment, all my medications were ready and they explained clearly how to use everything. And the result… PERFECT. Even better than I imagined. I can’t stop smiling!

The hotel I stayed in was nice, the staff were very polite, and most importantly for me, the food was great. I would definitely recommend SAM to anyone considering dental treatment. From the moment I landed in Izmir, Turkey, I was welcomed with a comfortable and elegant vehicle and transferred to my hotel. The hotel was five-star, extremely luxurious, and very comfortable. After a good rest, I was greeted the next morning by a company representative and my personal consultant. When we went to the hospital, my consultant was always by my side and patiently answered all of my questions. The doctor was very professional and attentive, and discussed every detail with me thoroughly. After staying in the hospital for two days, I returned to the hotel. During this time, my consultant stayed in constant contact with me, either by visiting me personally or calling me every day. On my final day and during all follow-up check-ups, they were always with me.

My operation was extremely successful. All of my initial concerns and doubts completely disappeared. Everything that was promised to me before I arrived was delivered exactly as stated, which clearly shows their reliability and experience. I had a tummy tuck, breast surgery and liposuction, while my mother had a facelift, neck lift and blepharoplasty. From the very first moment, everything felt professional and reassuring. They were waiting for us at the airport and took us straight to the hospital.

Before the surgeries, our doctor listened carefully to what we wanted, asked about our expectations, and explained clearly how each procedure would be performed. We also received detailed instructions about what to do after surgery, which made us feel safe and well cared for.

I had crowns fitted arranged by this agency last September. Since then I have had various problems ranging from broken and weak teeth in the front to a bridge of 4 teeth coming loose and falling out on the top right side of my mouth. The second bridge came loose containing 4 teeth on the other side of my mouth a few weeks later. The attitude of this company towards these issues was appalling. They took no responsibility for this, claiming it must be my own fault for grinding my teeth! I had x rays from my own dentist in Ireland which found that they did not complete the root canal treatment which I paid for also. The standard of aftercare here is less than favourable. Iv had problems from the onset to which they take no responsibility for and did not offer to fix these issues. I had to have the work carried out again by another dentist which cost me another 4000 euro. The representatives of this company are very pleasant, however, the men running the operation are crooks and are not interested in patient care, once they have your money they have no concern.

Due to poor prescription, eye tests and ageing, I struggle to see clearly whatever glasses I use. After lens replacement surgery, I see very clearly even on the next day. Very happy with the result.

Translator Buket and Emine have been super helpful and nice before the trip giving all info about the trip and surgery. Emine was there with me the whole process translating for me. At ease.
Met the boss of Sam patient Service Mr Serkan. He is decent and kind to borrow his own adaptor to me and I returned to him. I paid in 2 currencies and he accommodated and googled exchange rates and we finished payment quickly. Very polite and kind people.

Wonderful Dr. Ibrahim Türker took good care of my eyes. Always wear a smile and answered all my questions. He even tried to answer me in English. He makes me calm. Quick, efficient and accurate eye tests is another part I like. The machines are well used and gave me a high precision. Saved a lot of effort and time. Loving it. Afterall, fantastic eye hospital and patient service. Highly recommend. Only downside is the airport, but here is the advice - take direct flight. Minimize time in the airport.

Advice: You wont like Turkish International airport staff attitude, and it takes ages and they create lots of queues. Staff shout to everyone many times a day, they claim they dont speak English and point you to wrong direction. Have at least 2 hours at the airport for that. Choose direct flight unless you are super calm.
Out of the airport - you are in heaven. 5 star hotel and driver picking up and fantastic eye hospital service. Good luck!!

We flew from the UK to Izmir for dental treatment and eye lens replacement, Sam Patient Services were brilliant, we were picked up from the airport and took to our 5* hotel, then collected daily by Selin our fantastic driver/translator. She supported and explained everything that was going on during our treatment. We were beyond happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thank you so much xxx

I am over all happy with my experience with Sam Patient Services. Their hospitality is impeccable. I was picked up from the airport VIP style and taken to my hotel and the same coming back. I was picked up by the 2 lovely ladies Seline and Buket to and from my appointments. The dental staff was also pleasant. The language barrier wasn’t an issue as Miss Seline was my personal interpreter. So glad with my new teeth and can’t wait to get home and smile to everyone.
