Good customer service and quality product.

I've bought several bracelets from Samos, and quality is good, no complaints! Good website, easy to use. They're also lovely helpful people to deal with if you have a query or need to modify an order. In particular, a big thank you to Julia, who was brilliant when I went wrong with an order! So it's 5 stars from me!

I recently bought 4 Men's bracelets from Samos Jewelry. They look cool, the quality is great, they arrived quickly & if you need it - the customer service is really good too. Very impressed so far.

I’ve purchased from Samos Jewellery multiple times now and they’ve never let me down. Most recently, I ordered the wrong size (completely my own fault), but their response was incredibly fast and the way they resolved it went above and beyond my expectations. For a small business, their customer service is outstanding.

What really stands out is the quality – I’ve had one of their bands for over three years, and I never take it off. Whether I’m in the sea or at the gym, it’s held up beautifully with barely any signs of wear. That’s rare.

If you’re looking for jewellery that elevates your style and genuinely lasts, I’d wholeheartedly recommend Samos.

Firstly, I was weary about purchasing...I was thinking, 40 plus pounds for a piece of rope is a bit steep. But I am going to be honest with you, I was completely wrong. I have always wanted something minimalistic to rest on my wrist, and Samos provided exactly that. Different designs all well made with durability and style. But what made my experiences even better was the customer service.

Listen, I had a little issue with the sizing of a few bands that I ordered, and the customer service team were fast, compassionate and extremely helpful. They swooped in like Batman and just made my who.le experience effortless. They even gifted me a few extra pieces for the inconvenience. That is called, putting the customer first, something that I feel is lacking in many brands. I want you to know that this is a sincere review and not an exaggeration. After experiencing the customer service, I knew I had to write a riveting review as a token of my appreciation.

I also want to add that the actual pieces are classy and practical. I wear mine every single day, I wear it to bed, to work, to the gym, it's just a normal part of life now and I love it.

If you are doubting in your mind. Buy a few pieces and check it out for yourself. Samos is the real deal.

PS - Big shout out to Julia who was the customer service rep that helped me. You made a big difference and you deserve to know that.

The braclets I received are fantastic. Vibrant colours and a brilliant magnetic clasp to put on and off your wrist.
I originally ordered the wrong size.
I contacted Samos and have a very prompt reply and an exchange/replacement was sent immediately.
Extremely happy with these braclets.

Bracelet I ordered was too small and after requesting an exchange I had a replacement order confirmed within 24 hours. I also kept the original order for a small surcharge. Excellent service. And I get to keep the original order.

I ordered a bracelet and when I received it I found it very difficult get the bracelet on my wrist properly. I wrote to Samos, provided a video of my issue and they said they wanted me to be happy so I should pick out a different model for exchange. I did not have to send the first bracelet back. I find this level of customer service missing from many retailers. I feel they went above and beyond to satisfy me. I will definitely buy from them again. Great company.

I ordered 3 items from Samos Jewelry, liking their aesthetic and the fact that the founders seemed to be based in Europe and making high quality products locally. When I received my first delivery notice, it was clear that the products were being manufactured and delivered from China. I reached out and immediately requested a refund, to which Julia refused. When I reminded Julia of the conditions of EU consumer law, she reluctantly agreed but stated that the products would first need to be refused delivery. I agreed and refused delivery as soon

I have since done this and reached out to Julia again, who is now stating I need to open a case with the delivery company and provide a copy of photo ID. This is absurd and a clear indicator that they are doing anything possible to avoid processing a legitimate refund. I have now opened the case through Paypal, as I have no trust that they will do anything they say.

Processing a refund is such a simple procedure, so this dishonesty and delaying tactics is particularly clumsy and deceptive. Shame on Samos and shame on Julia for trying to nickel and dime their customers. This should have been a straight forward process and now I'm having to contest payments made over a month ago because I made the mistake of believing them.

I ordered my bracelet in May and have still not received it.
Julia, who you with is some sort of AI automaton, always answers but doesn’t actually sort anything out.
Awful company to deal with.

They had sale on so I ordered four pieces, three bracelets and the necklace. The items arrived pretty quickly and packaged beautifully with each item having its own little protective pouch.

Unfortunately I ordered two of the bracelets a little small so I contacted them and they were so helpful to sort out my problem and we organised to order the same two bracelets in a larger size and they looked after me.

The quality of the items is fantastic and they look great and I can’t wait to receive the other two that I’ve ordered.

Julia was so helpful and I will definitely be purchasing again in the future for myself and for gifts for my friends.

Purchased the Zafra bracelet which was absolutely stunning but unfortunately the size was slightly too small. Contacted Customer Services who very kindly offered to send the larger size and no need to send the smaller back. Would highly recommend.

After initially ordering the wrong size I emailed to return my initial order in exchange for a size up. This was sorted swiftly and really well, allowing for me to keep the initial purchase while still receiving the new one.

I would highly recommend them as I am extremely happy with the quality of my purchase.

I have just received my goods from Samos Jewelry and they're amazing. They're so expertly crafted and manufactured.

Although, upon trying them on I noticed they didn't quite fit so I reached out to Julia regarding an exchange to get smaller sizes. Julia was amazing, with swift and extremely helpful responses and was able to arrange an exchange with me within a few emails.

I can't wait to receive my new products.

Customer Service is fabulous! I had an issue with my order and Julia worked with me to come to a resolution, and I am quite happy! It was several emails back & forth, so there was quite a bit of time spent on the issue, and she was nothing but kind and professional, I truly appreciate their responsiveness, top notch!!

I am beyond happy with the product and the service of this company! About a year ago, I purchased 4 braclets, and wear them EVERYDAY! I have been so impressed with the quality of all of them. Julia helped me with a minor issue I had with one of them (color was a little off), and like that I was taken care of. No hassle, just amazing customer service. Its always a little scary making purchases off ads you see on IG, but I will 100% be ordering more in the future. They really do look like they are shown. Thank you again SAMOS!
