Great communication, great bracelet. I measured with string, and thought i was 19.5cm, but i hadn’t factored in the girth/width of the bracelet- so I was actually 21.5cm. Worth thinking about this when you order. All fixed and great.

The leather bracelet I purchased for.my partner is made to a high standard. very good quality, looks amazing and when it was not the correct fit it was absolutely no problem at all for this problem to be resolved. Low quality. 3 bracelets, 2 have deteriorate, look bad, paint chipped off etc. 3rd clasp is broken, completely useless.

Amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong size and Samos responded to my request for a refund with an even better deal. Offered to give me another one for a huge discount and responded to my emails promptly throughout the whole situation! Legit and amazing company!

Product was great but developed a fault after a couple of weeks. Samos sent a replacement straight away - great customer service!

I bought 1 of amazing pieces of SAMOS since last 6 months, it is very good and has a high quality and I use it all day while working and spending time with my friends.
Afterwards I purchased 3 similar to the previous one with different colors but there is an issue regarding shipping, I contacted Julia from SAMOS and she responded kindly and in a fast way with a reshipment for my 3 pieces.
I have no words to describe the company and the customer service specifically.
I'd certainly recommend SAMOS's products to anyone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Although the jewellery is ok, their customer service is awful. When I returned my items they requested Royal Mail to hold my package, they only accepted my delivery when I questioned why they had done this! I have now been WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH. I have had to escalate this to PayPal and am waiting for Samos to their email. I am not holding out much hope for my refund!!!
