I ordered this to go with our new Moen faucet. Husband said that installation was easy. You can pull off the top to refill the bottle, you don't have to unscrew it. Satisfied.

Easy to install with household tools. I'd prefer the threads on the main arm to be longer for easier installation of water source
On the minus side, the threads could be metal to metal.
Overall, very satisfied with device so far.

Never received my order. Had message saying it was delivered last week. Cannot get in touch with anyone at Samodra.

So far I have purchased 5 Samodra bidets, for myself, family and friends, I’m 61 yrs old and just now found I have been doing it wrong, I selected Samodra for the simplicity of the controls and price but found the ease of the installation, and performance above expectations. I plan on buying one to take on vacation for the rental house

Undamaged. Fairly easy install. No instructions on how plumbers pipe tape that was included. Works as advertised. Thank you for a great, affordable product.

My package arrived later than quoted. The package I received was not what I ordered for Father’s Day. I’m still hopeful to receive the correct package and look forward to it!

I have written several emails about my bogey coming broken. I have not heard one riff from anyone on to to get it redhipped.

This is my second bidet attachment for the toilet. I purchased this one because it was about twice as expensive as my last one and I hoped it would be better quality.

So far it seems about the same. The only difference are the controls which I like on this model. The pushbuttons are a nice feature compared to the joystick on my last one.

It was also easy to install, except that the connections on the bidet itself were a different size than my old one so I had to replace the hoses with the new ones on this bidet. It would have been much simpler if they were the same.

As for the durability of this model, that remains to be seen.

I placed an order and change my mind not five minutes later. I immediately sent an email that was ignored. Got a notice a day later that it shipped. Now I am getting constant emails to write a review. Very ironic.

Soap dispenser I ordered was very cheaply made and did not work properly. Had to send it back
