the customer support department at Same System is outstandig. Really understanding, trying their best to answer my (sometimes perhaps not so bright) questions and help solve my problems. Usually you get the first answer within a couple of minutes:)

Its an little bit difficult to find the right options. The menu doesnt show the other options sometimes and a lot of features are missing on the mobile app. But all in one a great tool.

The options in SameSystem are endless and the customer service is super friendly and fast.

We have introduced Same System a couple of years ago and I absolutely love it.
Customer support (especially Fanny) is great and always replies quickly and solves any issues. The developers also go extra miles to adapt the System to our Company's needs and they always bring improvements. Totally recommended!

My company (I am a retail manager) switched from another platform to SameSystem a few months ago. SameSystem is frustrating to work with in so many ways, I just hate it and it made my job significantly worse. There are many flaws but just to name a few:

- clocking in and out doesn’t work reliably, I get about 30 messages a week by employees who couldn‘t clock their actual times
- shift planning is so complicated compared to the previous platform. With SameSystem, it works exactly the wrong way: Here, you have a list of employees and then have to give them shifts. On the previous platform, I had the necessary retail shifts and then could choose employees to work these shifts, which was way easier to me
- when I approve worked hours, sometimes the SameSystem mobile app and the browser site show me different hours. For example, the app will still show unedited wrongly clocked hours even after I adjusted them on the browser, and will also mark those wrong hours as approved! All while the desktop shows me the edited and thus correct hours, also as approved… now, how do I know which hours will eventually be booked/paid?

These are just some flaws from the top of my head. There are many, many more.

While I generally like shift planning and approving working hours, SameSystem has made this part of my job a real pain. I just don’t understand how such a flawed product survives on the market. There are so many better options and personally I am cheering for the day upper management closes this chapter of fails for my company.

The support was helpful write stating away my night application in the morning, helped quickly.

Good, easier to use than the previous service my employer used.
