The web order portal kicked us out while awaiting the authentication code and did not retain our order. As we were under a delivery deadline we had to have the order placed within the hour to make the delivery. This caused an oversight on our part and the default shirt color had been reset to black. We did not catch this until the shirts arrived. It would be great if the site had a way to ID a returning user and continue the order as input.

I've reached out to Pete and not even received a reply. The shirts I ordered were well printed, look nice. The problem was the size is not correct. L was approx 2-1/4 inches smaller at the chest than the chart shows. I sent images to Pete of one shirt with a tailor's tape across clearly showing it not as wide. I at least expected a reply from your support staff. I do like the shirts, I did just order a different design, this time some XL so I can actually wear some but it's a shame you ignore your customers.

Easy to get in touch with them. Got to talk to a real live person. She took care of the changes and answered all my questions. Very happy with the company and the tee shirts.

I've used this company several times before and keep coming back because the print quality and color-correctness on shirt printing is awesome! I typically use it for full-color paintings or other student artwork we want to showcase. Also, shirts I've bought years ago are holding up well and prices are reasonable.
