Terrible service

Terrible service.
If all is ok, you manage. But if you need help with picking up the order, you cannot contact them. Tried for two days to catch up a real person without success.
I wrote email with no response so far. I have no clu what is goin on with my order.

The name is very ironic

The day is very ironic, I think many people might have pointed out, got an order on Tuesday and the target arrival on the website was Thursday. I thought that it was ok and proceeded with purchase. Now I am writing this on the next week still no news about the package. You will get lucky if you get the package in "samemonth" is not even sameweek, this courier is a joke and I advise anyone buying online to check first which courier service the seller is using, if it's Sameday, avoid at all cost.

Lazy and disrespectful

Their only goal is to get people hooked on their stupid app!!!!!!!!!!!! They want the client to stare at their app, non-stop, from the moment they ordered something and found out they are the couriers. Only by staring stupidly at their app will you ever find out when or if your package will arrive, which is a barbaric method, to say the least. In the XXI century, when NOBODY has time for anything, these THIEVES refuse to send an SMS, or to call the client in order to notify said client that the package has arrived! They are too poor (as a company) to be able to afford to call their clients; they hoped that if they paid for the app, they would be able to communicate with the client! Well, surprise: nobody gives a flying f%^& about your app and you will most likely be bankrupt very soon! So happy bankruptcy idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful company.

Awful company.
It’s not a sameday delivery,not even same week.
Try to avoid this delivery service and use fan courier or corgis instead,they at least know how to do their job on time.

“SameDay Delivery?” More like SameYear!

If you’re looking to receive your package within the same year — not the same day — then this is the delivery company for you. My shipment was supposed to arrive days ago, but instead I’ve been getting the same empty promises over and over again. No phone call, no update, no accountability. Every day it’s the same: “It will be delivered today.” Sure — but they never mention which day. Maybe December 31st?

Completely unacceptable. Customer support is useless, the couriers are ghosts, and the service is a joke. If you enjoy being ignored and left in the dark, congratulations — you’ve found your match.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. Save your time, your nerves, and your expectations.

Do NOT use it

Do NOT use it, they never deliver your package. They say they tried to deliver it but it is not true. The customer service is a joke, but at least they confirmed that the courier didn’t try to contact us. We don’t know where is our package, but based on the tracking number it is on it’s way to the sender.

Sameday Shameday

Do NOT use Sameday Hungary!!! A joke of a company. I asked for a sameday easybox for my package, they gave Friday thru Sunday placement on Pentecost, CLEARLY a 3-day holiday. I wrote a request for a one-day extension. Called them. No reply in any form! Called them again. No reply.

Never ever ever again, Sameday Shameday!

I ordered something and they were…

I ordered something and they were supposed to deliver it, but it came from the other side of the world in 5 days, but my package has been in the delivery warehouse for over 2 weeks! Slow, crappy delivery company. This is not delivery, this is bullshit!

Ordered a shipment through Etsy

Ordered a shipment through Etsy. The problem is that I don't decide which company is used. And one only knows this after the package is sent. However I haven't heard about this courier before. But I certainly have now! The package was according to the tracking delivered from the international courier and to Sameday according to the international courier. In the tracking it looks lkke the package was indeed scanned and handed over for local delivery. However I received no email or information about delivery day and neither a local tracking number. Then it says that it was delivered to my address. But I refused the package! So it was sent for destruction! But I never refused it! However when contacting Sameday. The company I ordered from also confirmed by email the same story. Sameday couldn't find the package at all in their system. According to them the package wasn't handed over for local delivery. How is this possible when the tracking says they even "tried to deliver it"? Are they just ticking boxes to steal parcels? I see other reviewers have the exact same method used. And also in other countries!

Luckily Etsy refunded so I got my money back. I will order the product again. But this time make sure it is sent to a friend in a neighbouring country! Where Sameday is not operating. To avoid using Sameday! Because after Googling and reading these reviews. I am shocked and have to make sure it's not "lost" or whatever happened! What a disaster!

This courier lost a 600€ shoe that was…

This courier lost a 600€ shoe that was purchased from Vinted. I send it through BoxNow in Greece and my buyer typed the password and found the port/box empty. He also typed the password in order to send something to someone else and another persons port opened somehow with his package inside?! Probably box’s programmed with errors or a courier stole the package. You guys can make your job easy I guess and ended up losing stuff on plenty of people. Compensating my and my buyer is not going to change the fact that you lost an expensive package even if I sold it for cheap.

Sent over 100

Sent over 100 , 10 euros packs with em nothing ever happened. When i was supposed to get a package worth 100 euros it got stolen. Sameday romania cannot be trusted with anything expensive or rare. Even if u get ur money back u have to wait a month atleast.

WARNING

WARNING: AVOID Sameday Bulgaria at all costs!
This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I requested a delayed delivery immediately after placing my order—clearly stated I wouldn’t be at the address. They refused to reschedule, claiming it’s “not up to them,” and delivered the package anyway, completely ignoring multiple calls and written requests.
Their operator takes over 40 minutes to answer and just repeats the same useless script: “We deliver even if no one is there.” They lied about rescheduling and dumped my package on a random person without checking ID or verifying anything.
They are careless, unprofessional, dishonest—and should not be trusted with your order.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind—DO NOT ORDER with Sameday Bulgaria.
