This recent experience has left me frustrated and can't believe it ended the way it did.
Person 1 rings ask to help lower interest cost. I agree and I explain what loan I wanted to fix. He plans to speak the next day.
Next day person 2 rings. We go over the details. I inform her which loan. Persists on trying to fix my other loans. I inform her to not waste time on them, I'm not interested. Continues to pressure about the other loans. She finally gets it I wasn't interested.
Then asked for my salary. I tell her the base amount. She noticed i get bonuses but I tell her not to include but she still includes the bonus amount.
I will get a call the following day with offers.
The next day I get offers. I fill out my details.
Then the offer gets denied because of my income report.
I then get asked if I want to take another loan with higher interest but less cost. I said from the beginning, I wasn't interested in this option.
How hard is it to listen to the customer. I know you have your sales pitch, but to get a return customer, you must also listen to their requests.
I no longer wish to be contacted again by sambla

It's a good company, but..
It's a good company, but I tried contacting customer service via email multiple times, and unfortunately, they didn't respond or resolve the issue. My problem was only solved when I contacted an employee who had previously been in touch with me.
