All of the white-glove service provided during registration was incredibly helpful and an unexpected value add to the service.

Sam Directory charged my company $597 to file and update Sam.gov registration. This company is a SCAM. Our information was never filed and we were doing business for 2 years under the impression we were current. SCAM BEWARE! REGISTRATION IS FREE ON SAM.GOV!

SAM Directory uses deceptive billing practices.

My business performs some federal contract work, and during the registration process I was directed to use SAM Directory to register my business. To be fair, they did complete the initial registration service they advertise.

However, when it came time to cancel my annual subscription, the experience became extremely frustrating.

I received a notice only 5 days before my subscription was set to renew for $597. I immediately logged into my account but was unable to find any option to cancel the subscription. I then emailed their support team and received no response.

Over the next four days, I called their customer service line and spoke with a representative each time. In every call I was told that “someone would get back to me.” They took down my information repeatedly, but no one ever followed up and my cancellation request was never processed.

Despite my repeated attempts to cancel and my direct instructions not to renew, my card was still charged $597.

Based on my experience, the cancellation process appears intentionally difficult and unresponsive. I would strongly recommend that businesses avoid using this service. Legitimate businesses do not operate this way.

I worked with Adam over here. His competency, skills, drive is amazing and so rare nowadays. Another company said they could help me get a WOSB, and then said I did not qualify. Adam at Sam Directory never ran into any such issues and my credentials are attached to my profile. Further he helped me get awarded with my first government contract.

I am so glad that I worked with this group of people to get registered with SAM.COM and VOSB Certified. They know what they are doing and make it as least painful for you! You can not go wrong working with these people if your looking to register with SAM.

Thought it was a US Government site, wasted half hour filling out LONG questionnaire then BOOM pay your choice of $597 or $997. Realized my mistake and went to SAM.gov and did the same thing in 15 munutes for free.
Regret giving them my checking account information, hope they aren't criminals straight up who will misuse it.

I have been working with sam.directory for several months now. It has been a really good process. They are invaluable, and their team members are always available. If you have ever dealt with government stuff you know how tedious it can be. Sure, you can do it independently, but why not trust the experts? And, I have researched several companies over the years and never felt good about going with them. Sam.directory has been an excellent experience for me. My representative, Adam, is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to government contracts. Every time I have a question, he has the answer. Even when I don't know exactly what I'm looking at on one of the government websites, he is two steps ahead of me. If you are like me and dealing with government contracts seems like an insurmountable hill because you are not a huge company, so you live in frustration, I can tell you as a small business owner that this is a company you need. I look forward to continually working together!
