It's impossible for any service to cancel a top up to an existing number, although it is not the destination intended. We can only cancel it while it's being processed on our part, and is "Pending" in your account. But once it gets to the destination it is difficult to retrieve the amount if the number exists and is in use by someone else. Thank you for your understanding!
To avoid such situations:
- log into your account first at https://saluthaiti.com/account/home and use your Successful history to initiate a new top-up. Checkmark the correct number and go to the form.
Please make sure the number is correct. You have the option to assign a name when filling in the details of the top-up. So, double-check the number, assign a name in the process, and next time you can use the name shortcut instead of entering the number manually.
-Otherwise, always double-check the number if you have entered it manually.

I've been using SalutHaiti for the past 5 years. I am still happy with it. The process of buying credit is very easy. The only small inconvenience is even if you save a number, the next time you log in you have to enter it again. It seems like this functionality is not working properly.

Hiya,
The numbers recharged stay on an account for 90 days on the website. If the top ups are not frequent, the numbers are not visible when visiting the website.
This is not the case with MobileRecharge app. The phone numbers previously recharged do not get erased.
We've emailed you more details.
Also, there is a fast recharge option available towards the bottom of the screen. It shows the last number that was recharged and if pressed it opens the next recharge screen where that number is automatically filled in, no need to enter it again.
