Return process

You ship with Chronoport 3-5 working days which end up being 7-9 working days but the in return process you force me to use DHL, which costs 45 EUR...

Would not recommend buying from their website

Product's quality is normal, though I would not buy it full price (e.g. outside of sales). What tricked me was the fact that, if you need to return some item, they will charge you 8€ no matter what. Even if you go with shop credit (instead of a credit card refund), they will subtract 8€ from the overall amount. Such a thief move, with no other options. Will not buy through their website ever again.
