I ordered one cap and one tshirt from 07.23 and I still haven’t receive yet.
Chronopost doesn’t help.
I called three time for no action since the package arrived at ST LAURENT DU VAR CHRONOPOST site on 07.28.
That’s not possible in 2026. I receive tons of orders everyday without any problem by the way.

Poor quality and poor customer service
The bathing trucks we ordered were such poor quality and the fit was bizarre - way too large in the waist and tight in the hips. Very disappointing and so expensive (70+ dollars)!! And then when we tried to return, it forced us to accept a store credit even though we were returning within 30 days of receipt. Complete waste of money because we certainly shall not order anything more from this company
