Magnesium spray is a godsend
Bought the magnesium spray to help with my weight training.
Awesome stuff, it really assists with muscle recovery and am not experiencing DOMS for more that 2 days.

Amazing work in aching muscles
I used the sweet orange bath salts and the smell wasn’t very strong which I was a little disappointed in. But the effect the salts had on my body - aching muscles and joints, was amazing. The salts are very fine so they disperse through the water so you are not left sitting with sharp things under your body. Would definitely recommend and use again.
