All staff are very helpful and items are good quality.
The item I purchased had gone out of stock online. So I thought I’d call some of your stores on the south coast. I was told it was an online only purchase by the first store I called. Second store no we don’t stock it here. Then I phoned and spoke to Megan at your Bournemouth store and she said they had 1 left and agreed to put it by for me. The chap in store when I collected it was also very nice. So after a two and half hour road trip. I was very happy with the jacket I’d purchased for a gift.
