I’m writing this to warn others about my experience with Salt Lending and their crypto loan service.
I took out a crypto loan thinking it was a way to use my coins as collateral to get some cash.
It all seemed professional at first: the dashboard was easy to use the support team was friendly. I got regular updates that made me feel safe.
The problems started when I tried to understand why my balance and collateral were changing in ways I didn’t agree with.
Of clear explanations I was hit with confusing fees and conditions that made it feel like my collateral was being used up.
I never agreed to any high-risk trading. My position kept getting worse and I realized I was losing control of my funds.
When I asked what was happening the answers from Salt Lending were slow and unclear.
It became obvious that I had protection than I thought.
That’s when I reached out to Poma Advisory Ltd.
They looked at my documents. Showed me what had been done with my account.
With their help I was able to challenge what had happened and get back some of what I lost.
This experience taught me that even something like a crypto loan can have traps.
If you’re having problems with Salt Lending or any crypto loan platform and feel your collateral or funds are being mishandled
don’t just accept their explanations.
Get help from professionals like Poma Advisory Ltd before it’s late.
Salt Lendings crypto loan service is not what it seems. You should be careful with your funds.

Real SALT Lending customer service was always prompt, helpful, and professional whenever I had actual interactions with them. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because 1) I didn’t find their app. as easy and intuitive to use as one would expect. 2) when experiencing trouble using their app. I was unable to call a customer service number and just simply speak to a real person, but had to use AI chat or email which is time consuming and frustrating when attempting to take out a large loan or simply get set-up to do so.

Next step, I called & got the head of Lending live on the phone.🔥 Trevor was simply excellent! He answered my questions and nicely explained the whole thing. Such an expert, Love that!! Next, I downloaded their App and did an easy sign up, uploaded my ID & some California info; took less than an hour. The funds hit my bank account the next day. 10 out of 10…would highly recommend. The process is easy, fast and straight-forward. Support team is stellar, very fast and involved. Rates are better comparing to their competitors (except for a few that are not available in my state). I'll continue using them for my needs.

Though the process was not difficult, it was a little confusing on how to transfer assets once that was gotten over. It’s been very informative now looking back. I don’t think I need to register with Uphold at the time you made it seem like that was part of the process, but now I think I just made an account for nothing

Very impressed with SALT, I remember them from their ICO launch way back, and they have come a long way to say the least. Process was pretty easy, took about 1 week to get funded, and the holiday promo I used included SALT Shield which makes me sleep much easier as bitcoin makes big moves and getting liquidated must be a nightmare, and luckily I wont have to worry about that lol
