I recently purchased the Muscle Repair Cream & have good results on muscle aches & also apply over the Magnesium oil before bed to alleviate the stickiness of the oil (I tend to be heavy handed as my feet ache after a long working day or hike) I also love the quick 'swizzle' opening of the cream. I have the handy travel size oil as well & have purchased more travel size bottles for family members & a refill pouch & luxurious glass bottle bundle for the oil & bath salts bundle of 3. All very helpful products to relax!

I’ve got to admit I was skeptical
I’ve got to admit I was skeptical. I’m a registered nurse, have done shift work for 40 years. The last 7 years fairly regular hours but still poor sleep. Have been using the magnesium oil on my feet for the last 3 weeks and it’s great! Falling asleep quite quickly and getting back to sleep quickly after waking to go to the loo or something. I was taking magnesium tablets previously with nowhere near the same effect. Have been having quite vivid dreams since starting this though. Not nightmares or anything just vivid!

Works like magic!!
I’ve been using Salt Lab’s repair cream for about 2 months or more and recently started using the oil also. I haven’t slept this good in years!!! I apply the oil to the soles of my feet and legs and the cream to my back and I can feel myself relax and drift off. I’m also sleeping g through the night for the first time in 5 years. I don’t crave sweets anymore either! This stuff is amazing.

This doesn't work. My husband and I have both tried it and there was no sleep improvement or any of the other benefits advertised. High price with no reward sadly. Would def not buy again or recommend.

Quality product
Absolutely love this product. My son is such a rough sleeper. I constantly hear him banging against the wall in his sleep. Since I have been using this product on him he's sleeping so much better with less tossing and turning and he's waking alot more refreshed than he used to.
I also suffer from restless legs which this product has helped with immensely.
If I could make one suggestion it would be to improve the squirter bottle it comes in. The squirter (for lack of a better term) broke quite quickly on our first bottle so we ordered more to get a new one.
Otherwise it's an amazing product and has improved the whole households sleep particularly our rough sleeper!

As for the dryness on your feet, this can sometimes happen, especially if the skin is already a bit dry. We recommend trying a couple of things:
Give your feet some time to heal by applying the magnesium oil to another area, such as your stomach, for a few weeks. This will allow your feet to get some much-needed hydration while still experiencing the benefits of the oil.
If you continue to use it on your feet, we suggest allowing about 10 minutes for the oil to absorb before applying a moisturiser to help lock in moisture.
Additionally, you might enjoy using our Magnesium Muscle Repair Cream on the soles of your feet, as it has added ingredients specifically for hydration, which could help balance out the drying effect you are personally experiencing.

I love it! I use the spray every night without fail. Its really helped me with sore or tense neck and shoulders. I rub two sprays on each shoulder and my neck and two on my tummy.

I got the kids magnesium oil for my 5 year old. And I was blown away with the results of her sleep, teeth grinding, bad dreams and moods. She 99% of the time will sleep all night. I’m very very happy with this. I made another order for another kids oil and one for me too. We both love it!

Holy Moley... I've been using this for months now, and I can tell a noticeable difference in the quality of my sleep when I don't use it. I spray it on the soles of my feet, let it dry and get under the covers. Works like magic. The only drawback is that my hands feel dry after I apply it on my feet. But it's worth it.

I'm not one for being suckered into these 'magic' products... BUT Salt Lab has been life changing for our entire family.. We have really found the cream to be our favourite. Wish it worked
After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to purchase as I have had sleep issues for decades. I have tried 6 different sleep medications without success so wanted to try something natural. Was desperate for it to help BUT it has not done a thing for my sleep. Perhaps those people who have had success with helping their sleep only have minor issues and not diagnosed insomnia like me.
