I had a great experience good feedback excellent response and delivered a final product that exceeded my expectations. I will be purchasing again.

The order was late, no communication about why or expected delivery. I contacted the company only to get an email to say it was going out today. Received the confirmation email with tracking number. Link to tracking number brought up a 404 page not found. I pressed the link to tell the web master that the link wasn't working, that process failed too.
Glasses came today, they're fine as far as I can tell.

from beginning to end Salt City Optics were on point, polite, and very professional.

First time using the company. Serengeti order received was incorrect. Had to send back the glasses at my expense to have Salt City try and get the correct prescription sent to me. A delay which was not expected. In two - three more weeks I will see if the correct glasses arrive.

They have great customer service and helped me through the initial ordering when I had questions as well as any concerns that I had along the way. They always responded very quickly. I would give 4.5 stars, but this won't let me. My only issues was that my order took quite a while to be shipped and was in lab processing for a couple of weeks. Though as I said before, their customer service made up the difference by keeping me in the loop

I've ordered four pair of glasses and three sets of replacement lenses from these guys. Fair prices and Great service!

Tried glasses for first time today. Salt City Optics people were very good, but disappointed with the way Oakley does their prescription sunglasses. I guess they do all progressive lens. Bought these for golf. If I am looking straight ahead, okay and color differential good. But progressive area seems large so have to tilt head at just the right position or I am looking at a blurry golf ball when hitting. When looking at scorecard bifocal area is small and progressive area makes it difficult to keep scorecard from looking like it is curved. Wish they were lined bifocals.

I'm so glad i chose to order my frames from here. The service was fast and excellent from beginning to end. No problems whatsoever!

Purchased custom frames from Oakley and had Salt City make lenses for them back in June. The lenses were unuseable and made me sick and dizzy. Cody promised me if another set were made and unuseable I would get a FULL refund. My second set made also were no good! I emailed them and got no response, so I shipped them back on my own. I spoke with DAN in a chat window 4 days later and he promised my refund would be processed that day. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not received my funds. So now I am waiting on over $300.- and have to result to writing bad reviews and begging for my refund. I would avoid these guys obviously! You will get screwed if they screw up. Seems clear.

Cody and Trae were awesome in helping me with my order and perfectly aquired my Prescrition. They constantly informed me of my order. I will definitely order another pair. Thank You Guys again.

While it took longer than I expected but I am happy with the product. They fit very comfortable. They got the prescription right and they look good.

Fourth pair of prescription sunglasses that I have purchased from sat city. They are the absolute best. Knowledgeable salespeople on the phone. Website is easy to use and functional. I emailed my prescription. Picked My frames and lenses. Perfect.
