I’m so surprised that there are so many good reviews. In London most of the schools have one room/venue and all classes are having lesson at the same time. This is so much confusing. I could barely heard the teacher. I got too little feedback about lady’s(followers) steps. They can be great dancers but teaching is something different.
They said they have different level groups I joined intermediate class. When the lesson is over all the students joined advanced class. So it means either they don’t have an intermediate class or an advanced class:))
Futhermore their receptionist is totally rude.
There are much better danceschools so I won’t join any class here.

You can understand how rude they are from the answers they give. And what is the point in “real reviews” answer? Means the reviews are done by your group? By the way I joined the class on time. Accept it you don’t have an intermediate group. You moved advanced with same students. Which means your point is pretending as if you have great demand. Thats really pathetic , stay away these people.

I've been dancing for the last three years at Salsa Tropical and I love it. I always go back home happy after any classes. Mike is simply amazing! Nice people and beautiful atmosphere! I'd recommend it to everyone.

I love my salsa Lady's styling class on Saturday's. Ariadna is amazing teacher really takes time to explain and have fab routine to learn and have fun. The music is fab remind me of being in South America! I have learned so much in the class and improve. Fully recommend salsa Lady's style with Ariadna on Saturday's from Salsa tropical ❤️

Best experience! I organised a class for my work colleagues. Both instructors (Tsvetan and Manuela), they were very kind and are exceptional at explaining how to do the steps, they take in to consideration if someone is more savvy when it comes to dancing or if someone is struggling with the steps.

I would highly recommend to book an individual class or just attending to their group classes!

An absolute dream team, I cannot recommend Maria and Tsvetan enough! We were very last minute and they were extremely helpful and accommodating in making our practise sessions happen. They choreographed the bachata dance for us perfectly and were a pleasure to spend so many hours with. Between them they have the perfect balance of direct, efficient and kind feedback & mentoring. We were extremely happy with our sessions and the end result for our wedding day first day.

Maria & Tsvetan are just great teachers with extraordinary patience and drive to get you to level of dancing you don’t believe is achievable. We’ve took 10h session course for our wedding routine and are now looking forward to show off our moves. Not only they’ve thought us how to dance but also prepared amazing choreography to music we’ve chosen. Strongly recommended;) to all those that say like me “I simply can’t dance” - try and you will be surprised as everyone can dance.

Salsa-Tropical is absolutely amazing team that you can rely on 100%. We took 10 hours Wedding dance course and we can say that we are very happy with our choice. Despite the fact that we were complete beginners, everything went great. I can recommend Salsa-Tropical to everyone who is looking for dance lessons.

My wife and I originally met taking salsa classes at Salsa Tropical. Their classes are easy-going, fun, and the instruction is phenomenal. Mike would always brighten our day with his joyous attitude and clear instruction.

After getting engaged we also took a private lesson from Maria & Tsvetan to prepare for our first dance. They helped us select a song, and provided a full choreography that matched our dance level. We are so grateful for Salsa Tropical and have nothing but positive things to say about them!

Thank you so very much for your brilliant Salsa session with our Year 5and 6s this week. The way the lesson was structured was perfect and led our children from being hesitant to thoroughly enjoying themselves. All students couldn't speak highly enough of you both, with many now wishing to take up Salsa as a hobby. You were both incredibly knowledgeable with how to put the children at ease and how to progress them. The highlight of the day was the dancing competition at the end which highlighted the skills the children had learnt within the lesson, and their increase in maturity which was down to your gentle guidance. Thank you so very much - our school can't recommend you more highly! 😄

I completed the online teacher training with Salsa tropical and its was awesome! The instruction was very clear and I was able to absorb lots of very valuable information given to me by Maria. Highly recommend!

Me and my husband had a few classes of bachata dance for our wedding. Maria is such a kind and professional person and we couldn’t imagine better instructor. We were so lucky to find her in these uncertain times. Definitely recommend.

My partner purchased a private lesson for my birthday. It was the first lesson either of us had ever had and understandably we were a tad nervous.
The nerves were dispelled upon arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome and were made to feel at home. I even received a birthday card (thanks again).
The majority of time was spent on the dance floor with hands on feedback at regular intervals. The two and a half hours flew by! Both my partner and myself had a blast and can't wait till the next session. I would highly reccomend!

I absolutely love Salsa Lady Styling class! highly recommend it. Our teacher Maria is an amazing dancer and she breaks the class in different steps so we have time to learn the routine, we practice with great music and it is really a great fun! :)

I recently joined the Salsa lessons at Salsatropical School with Maria & also Mike. Classes are light-hearted and fun, but ran at a professional level (at least of of the instructors used to be a full-time competitive dancer). Teaching feels tailored, so there is more than plenty to learn at all levels.

The styling classes are an absolute treat. Maria brings an energy that is excellent to shake off a long day and make you feel like a lady! Likewise, Mike must be one of the sunniest people you'll ever meet, making any footwork look easy. (Contrary to his claims, his smiles on a Monday are priceless!)

Can highly recommend.

Maria and Mike are the best salsa dancers I have seen. There are lots of places to learn salsa but very few where you are really shown how to dance the steps, including balance and posture. Here you are taught step by step to dance with the grace and style of a pro. And it's a very fun and relaxed environment.

We went to the Beginners/Improvers workshop on 25.1.20. The instructors were great and I so want to give 5 stars to this; but, the execution of the class was such a disappointment. For starters, they combined the improvers and beginners in the same studio on the 6th floor of LSE student union. There were probably about 35 beginners and 15 improvers. Initially two classes were running simultaneously in the studio with 2 sets of 2 instructors talking at the same time, making it difficult to concentrate in a big group. Then the beginners were moved outside of the studio and the improvers stayed inside so the beginners didn’t have any music for the whole 3 hours, save for the time when the studio door was open and we listened to what the improvers were listening. The beginners’ instructor did ask the improvers to swap spaces but the improvers’ instructors refused. There should not have been two classes running simultaneously in a cramped space. Instructors should use a mic when they teach, especially in a big class with music in the background. There should have been a cap to the number of students per class. Salsa Tropical should actually say how many students there are per intensive workshop, rather than just saying ‘Limited Space’. This gave a false sense of urgency to sign up when there seemed to be no limit in place at all.
