Terrible returns management

Terrible returns management. I had to create the return label myself and also pay for the shipping costs. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend it

Excellent service from order to delivery

Fantastic service and quick delivery, very impressed. My old hairdryer was the same model and I loved it so I’m very happy with the new one. I’m thinking of ordering another one as when my daughters visit from UK they always borrow mine!

A week later, still no tracking number. Fraud?

I placed my order on May 27th and as of today June 2nd, I am still trying to receive a shipping confirmation number. I received just one email saying it would ship Friday 30.05, obviously it hasn't. I was really excited to see all of the brands but I'm starting to think its a scam. I will be opening a paypal dispute should I not have a shipping tracking number in 24 hours.

2/2 25 I send my order 1064329 to Salontotal, 132€ Mastercard, Hairproduct. 3/2 I asked their service to confirm. 3/2 Answer: We can see that you have send by Mastercard, 1-2 working days for us to receive. So wait a little more (in SPANISH , not ok). Then NOTHING. I have written service@…. 11/2 + 18/2 now desperate, to inform mi,WHAT IS GOING ON. Still 26/2 NO ANSWER NO INFORMATION

Expect more than got

Good quality stool. Color Touch packs was damaged and has very old prod date - 3 and 4 years is much for this product and pigment will not work correctly. Also tangle teezer package was damaged.
