Ruined My Hair - Manager Won’t Return Call

Over 4 days later no return call from the manager as promised.
Details:
I went to Salon Estetica for many years and then several years ago quit going due to leaving unhappy and feeling I wasted my money the last 3 times I went. With various stylists not even being able to get a simple overall black color correct. I only went back because my husband (not knowing) took it upon himself to be very sweet and make me an appointment for my hair to get done as a birthday present, which made my terrible experience even worse. Because I was crying, and he felt bad, like it was his fault.
It utterly ruined my birthday. Due to health issues and financial constraints, I waited a year to get my hair done, so to say I was looking forward to this special treat is an understatement. I could not wait to have that fresh color and cut feel that leaves you feeling like a million bucks when you walk out of a salon. Instead, I left angry and went home and cried for two days.
I requested a simple lob or long bob/inverted bob, a little longer than I've had in the past. I showed her both an AI photo of the style (pic in black choker) and I showed her a pic of my actual hair several years ago in a shorter version of the same cut, looking amazing in the style. The cut I got was like a choppy shag instead, uneven ends that would not turn under even when styled with a round brush and flat iron to turn it under.
In addition, I told her I was growing out my bangs and only to lightly shape them into the cut, and instead she hacked them super short up above my eyebrow, so they just kept sticking up. When I walked in, they were to my temple and could be smoothly tucked under the other hair, looking like they were part of the longer hair.
She was a super nice person, so I feel bad, honestly, doing this, but nice doesn't give me back 8 inches of my hair or make a terrible cut better. I'm devastated and can't even get a call back from the manager! They don't have a manager on staff, btw, the girls have to "fill out a form to request someone call you that is not onsite". Not a good practice, especially in a salon.
To make matters worse, the girl who answered when I called the next day has no skill in de-escalating an upset client. She asked for a description of what happened, and as soon as I started talking, I heard "hold please" and then "click." She put an already upset client on hold while I was mid-sentence, just cut me off, making me even more angry. She never apologized for what happened. I told her it was my birthday, and she didn't even acknowledge it. An appropriate response would be "happy birthday, and I'm so sorry this happened". Nope, not even an apology.
Salon Estetica ruined my hair, ruined my birthday, ruined my birthday "gift" and the manager can't even have the decency to call me back. I'm disgusted with them, and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone!
