Salesmsg is not a company you want to rely on

Take the time to properly evaluate this solution before committing. Customer support is a major concern. There are no clear SLAs, and you may find yourself chasing your customer success manager or support team for weeks to get issues resolved.

You may also quickly realize that the product is not scalable. It lacks basic features, and tools like the power dialer are very limited in functionality. At the same time, the cost is high compared to alternative solutions.

Overall, this is not the type of company you want to rely on.

Perfect for What I Need

I love using Salesmsg for my Boutique Physics/Math Teaching company. I offer my students text support between sessions and Salesmsg is perfect for what I need, and the cost is great, too, for my little business. Customer service is spectacular, as well.
