You implement it to automatize tasks, but end up creating more manual work
Buggy, scrappy, missing a lot of features.
Integration with Salesforce works horrible.
It has a lot of manual work because it doesn't work.
Would never implement that.

Be very careful setting up a contract with this company.
Quality of their software is mediocre and there's occasional downtime if you sync with other CRMs.
Worst of all, they conduct shady business practices by sending one low-quality emails (I expect designed to go to spam) informing you of an upcoming renewal (more than two months prior to your renewal date). If you are planning on cancelling and don't - they force another year's payment on you despite knowing you have no intention of using their platform.
Take heed of the other reviews here and stay away.
Average functionality for a sales tool - but even worse, they have a sneaky renewal policy. If you don't give several months notice of cancellation then you're forced to pay another year. These terms are hidden - beware!
A business model of trying to scam customers.
Bury a deceptive auto-renewal clause deep in an MSA that isn't market norm (60 days). Gave 50 days notice and trying to enforce an additional year. Such poor form.
Poor customer service with no common sense. We are a consultancy who previously recommended Salesloft until they treated us poorly over some pennies on licensing.
Cool platform, has a lot of tools and features that aren't that standard for the industry. Support was relatively quick to reply to me as well, so good experiences all around so far!
I have been a Salesloft customer for 3 years, things started out well but they never updated features or technology in that entire period. Outbound email best practices are not possible with Salesloft and it will ensure poor email delivery, limited campaign options, and a lack of integrations to new sales tech
Worst of all was my customer service experience. I noticed an annual auto renewal hit my credit card and informed their billing and customer service immediately that I did not plan to renew and that I would like a refund. They refused completely and wouldn’t compromise in any way. They referenced an email about billing that went to my spam, this info in inaccessible on their platform, and they felt completely entitled to keep all of my annual fee.
Stay far away from Salesloft!
As a business owner with over 20 years of experience, I can confidently say that I have never encountered such aggressive renewal strategies as I have with Salesloft.
Their sales team randomly pressures us to expand our licenses or warns of a 7% annual price increase mid-contract.
As we approached the end of our contract, seeking to decrease our licenses, they insisted on a 60-day notice period.
This left us feeling threatened and pushed to renew at a higher rate without the option to lower our licenses.
We expected a yearly commitment with a defined start and end date, but Salesloft's Master Service Agreement (MSA) contains an auto-renewal clause, which requires explicit exclusion on the order form.
The cancellation or reduction in licenses is complicated and customer-unfriendly, demanding a 60-day notice and obliging clients to communicate with a sales agent to terminate the subscription or reduce the licenses.
As the renewal time nears, Salesloft sends stern emails warning of collection agency involvement if prepayment for the entire year is not made or we ask for a reduction in the number of licenses.
This lack of transparency and empathy is concerning, and their inflexibility and disregard for customer service are significant issues. I strongly advise caution when approaching Salesloft and seriously consider looking for alternative solutions.
In hindsight, we regret using their product, and our overall experience has been tarnished by their pushy sales tactics and lack of flexibility.
STAY AWAY! Mediocre product with a pushy team AND dubious sales tactics
We bought the product 1 year ago, have been using it for a whole year.
When we signed we were made to believe by looking at the Order form that we are buying a product for 1 year with a start day and an end day.
Apparrently they have a link to an MSA saying "unless stated otherwise on the order form" the product will auto renew. Well based on what the order form is saying the subscription was for 1 year.
They have no cancel buttons, you have to notify them 60! days before if you want to cancel and you need to speak to a "Sales" agent to cancel. Not a support, customer success or other role. They do everything in their power to make it difficult to impossible to cancel
When the subscription "renewal" occurs, they start sending you threatening emails, and will try to force you to prepay the whole year or it will go to collection
They have 0 empathy, they try to masterfully defraud customers into staying with them forever, hiding in the small letters their interpretation of auto-renewal
Very very bad, stay away. Use a legitimate company that wants you to stay because you like the value they offer.
Used the software for 2 years with no real issues. It is on the pricier side but it's well worth the cost. Live lounge is one of their best features and I hope it continues to get updated with coaching capabilities. Elaine, Addie and Sydney were all very helpful.
Used Salesloft for my last company and was a great platform for our sales structure and team.
We were using Groove and transitioned over to Salesloft and the Implimentation was really simple and easy. I would reccomend that anyone setting this up is very experienced with mapping to CRM and Salesforce otherwise, please ensure you have someone in your business that owns this.
Setting up Cadences, Automations was easy. However their Automations are restrictive in some sense since our sales org has complicated elements to it, but overall we managed many workarounds and was a dream when things started automating.
We really liked the Deals section, it's customisable and adds a layer of urgency our sales team were needing.
Our CSX and AE were amazing and super insightful and reactive to our needs.
Do not work with them.
For one - the product is mediocre, especially relative to its pricing. Sales tech has moved on and there are better alternatives that are both more powerful and more cost-effective.
However, way worse, when we canceled our subscription with head notice in line with the subscription terms, they decided to make an attempt to "force" us not to cancel and stay a subscriber of the service somehow.
I know it sounds ridiculous - that's because it is. After the normal renewal discussion where we explained why we're not renewing, they decided to try and force (?) us to stay a subscriber anyway (??), and have been sending us bogus invoices to pay (???).
When we kindly explained that we had already discussed this together and we chose not to renew, they simply sent it to their "collection" department (????) and we started getting threatening emails saying - precise quote: "Any unpaid balance may be forwarded to our third-party collection agency. To avoid further escalation, please pay any outstanding balances within 7 days."
Mind you, this is AT THE SAME TIME the account exec, literally on the same thread, writing us that "we are committed for you to get the most value out of Salesloft. Anyone in a selling capacity can leverage our platform, and I would be happy to have that discussion."
Trust me - I am not making that up. Now, if this is their "customer retention strategy", you may want to ask yourself if this is a company you want to work with, and if their positive reviews are genuine.
In short: My best friendly advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
After 8 months of using SalesLoft, it's still not working as it should.
We use Hubspot and the integration is horrifically bad and keeps breaking (we have to reconnect and refigure at least once a month).
The university and documentation are so out of date that it makes the onboarding process extremely frustrating. Features that are on the documentation are no longer available and we gave up trying to get it working how it was supposed to after a few months.
Our account manager has never reached out to us, so we are cancelling when our contract is ending.
Onboarding is unnecessarily complicated and the worst I've experienced. Getting one on one time to configure the platform was restricted to 2 sessions which was nowhere near enough.
If you want an easy-to-use and effective outreach tool that works with Hubspot then this is not a viable option.
