I was really nervous when I started my new Job as an SDR. From day one, I loved the culture, the work ethic, and the people on my team - I knew I had found my calling and my kind of people. But that made me even more afraid of messing it up.
The pressure I put on myself and the fear of making mistakes started affecting my performance. I was stressed, constantly second-guessing myself, and it showed. So I decided to take ownership and invest in myself. I hired Helena Klaus as a private sales coach to help me shift my mindset and sharpen my skills.
Together, we developed a tailored coaching plan tailored to my exact challenges. Each session focused on something different - from cold call structure and script writing, to mindset, presence, and even voice exercises. Within just one month, my performance jumped from 50% to 180% of the target.

I really enjoyed my training programme and feel I learnt a lot.
I have just completed a 4 week training programme with Sales in DACH. I found it very helpful and empowering - each session we covered a new topic which was very insightful and relevant to our industry. I feel that my training has helped my confidence and given me a lot of useful knowledge on the psychology behind making decisions and purchases.
