I was genuinely impressed with SalesMind. The results were sometimes almost too good — connection rates and responses were way above what I expected. It definitely helped me grow my network quickly and start more meaningful conversations.

That said, I initially missed a few handy features, like the reminder function and the option to connect multiple accounts — both of which, as I later learned, are actually available. That just shows me there’s a lot of depth in the platform, but some features could be communicated a bit more clearly to new users.

The support was great, 2 people always helping out, the concept as well as the automation are good and I like that it shows you a score on ehat the lead suitability eith your filters is. Only thing that needs some working on are the filters for finding leads when creating a campaign but other than that it's great.
