Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata positiva. Ho notato un atteggiamento sgarbato della titolare nei confronti del personale. Inoltre, è poco professionale vedere i dipendenti mangiare durante il servizio, proprio davanti ai clienti. Anche la qualità del cibo è peggiorata: la focaccia, che un tempo era croccante e ben alveolata, ora risulta gommosa e pesante."
Il passaggi di un abbonamento con spedizione estero ad un abbonamento con spedizione in Italia è stato completamente fallimentare, anche se è stato proposto dal servizio clienti dopo una serie di invii persi.
Purtroppo in 3 settimane il servizio clienti non è riuscito a sincronizzare i due abbonamenti così ora ho perso la possibilità di accedere alla copie online di diversi anni di abbonamento.
La soluzione proposta dal servizio è quella di creare una nuova email solo per accedere all'app di Sale &Pepe. Io ho una sola email privata e non intendo crearne un'altra per l'abbonamento ad una rivista.
