A beautifully made piece that made for a wonderful gift. We did need to wait a little bit for it, but sometimes these things take time. Well worth the wait.

When I found this shop for the first time, I literally fell in love with the shell glasses and teacup sets! Shipping was fast, and the seller responded very quickly. Unfortunately, one of the glasses arrived broken due to the delivery company, but the seller immediately sent me a replacement so I could still use them for my Christmas party.

The seller is incredibly genuine and has amazing taste. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for something classic, chic, and unique to truly impress their guests!

The 2 accent chairs I purchased totalled 2,000 USD. They arrived to chicago without damage which was great.

However, once I opened the boxes and inspected them, I realized I greatly overpaid for what I received. The chairs are black and the paint job was awful, uneven and chipped in spots. The underside of the chairs where the paint was had pooled, bubbled, broken off, and looked like it was patched quickly and unevenly. A 2 yr old could have done a better job. The "feet" if you could even call them that, are the cheapest plastic chair end caps you can buy. Which were covered in dried black paint from the chair. What really pissed me off was that the second time I sat in one of them I heard a loud SNAP, and immediately jumped out of the chair thinking I was going to fall through it. I inspected it, but couldn't find where the break happened. Now I'm extremely cautious of sitting in either of them at all.

I appreciate the esthetic of the designs a lot, but looks are nothing if the product build quality is substandard. I will not be buying furniture from this company again. Which is too bad, because I was really hoping these 2 chairs would be a great introduction to me being a repeat customer, but that's not the case unfortunately. It was a ,$2,000 lesson learned.

I’ve noticed that several of Salaterra’s rugs look very similar to designs from smaller Scandinavian designers and brands that I follow. This made me question the originality of their collections.

When I asked them and tried to look into this further, I realised that both my own account and accounts connected to the designers I follow seemed unable to access their social media. I’ve now noticed that they have blocked my after asking them. This experience made the situation feel unclear and affected my trust in the company. Based on this, I personally wouldn’t buy from them.
