It was paramount that mediation was carried out forewith, Salem took this on ,on the aforementioned understanding, and pulled out all the stops to get the job done.

I found the mediation process quite daunting at first, as it’s never easy heading towards divorce and trying to negotiate with a partner who has a very different view on life and how to raise our children. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect, but this mediator had such a down-to-earth, human approach that immediately put me at ease. It was easy to make contact with Salam Mediation through whatsapp. I got a swift response from Mr Tawhid. From the first conversation Mr Tawhid carried himself in a very professional, polite and empathetic way. He listens and helps to frame the conversation in a positive light with the interest of all parties, particularly the children, in mind.

Mr Tawhid was very generous with his time. He allowed for enough time for me to ask all my questions before concluding our meetings.
