Easy Cancellation !
I made an order earlier in the day then I needed to cancel that evening. I got on the website and read the return policy and instructions, where there was an email address to use for cancelling within 24 hours. I emailed the company and heard back from Kaus within just a little while confirming that my order had been cancelled. I also received a follow-up email ! Thank you for making what. Could have been a long and frustrating experience so quick and easy !

The magnetic tram set is engaging & fun
The magnetic tram set is wonderful. We purchased the 123 piece set. It's entertaining an Autistic 4 year old, a 36, 59, and 61 year olds for at least 2 hours. You build the picture on the box, then there is enough for a whoop of a small curvy track. So far we've tried 15 different configurations. Has even survived being thrown across a room by a peeved child and is back together. Durable in the hands of an imperfect attitude! About a month to receive, but worth it .

We purchased Sakerplus silicon chair caps. They lasted 2 days before the glue gave way and felt pad came off.
I have given 2 stars because the idea is great but the product is inferior.

On my order,I got a text after a few days of ordering than my package had been lost. After a few days I made comment on the page I ordered from. at that moment I got a text to ask had I received it. I said no. The
Contact person got in touch with me. I gave her all the information she ask for. After a week or so I recieved my order. I've had a Couple of days to check this product out. I appreciate all the help I got to get my order to me. After saying that, I'm not happy with this product and it is not what I expected it to be. Its really small and im unhappy with the item. I did order onefrom Amazon and received it the next day. I'm very pleased with this one. It is much bigger than the first one I ordered. . Accidentally ordered 2 welders thinking…
Accidentally ordered 2 welders thinking I was ordering extra welding rods. Emailed support to have one removed from order. They gave me a refund for the one. Welder works very well. Was able to weld 1/4" thick steel plates together without any issues.
