The fact that I didn’t report the problem with the product until about eight months after I bought it,
and still was able to receive a new unit, is truly amazing.
The process was very simple and I received the replacement much faster than what I was told is very impressive. Thank you customer service team !!!

The product came as described in perfect condition. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good fit for me but it is a beautiful dashcam with an abundance of features. I highly recommend this product and seller. He rectified my issue quickly and without any problems!! 5 stars for sure!!

Kaus(support) was very respectful. Did ask the right questions and did not ask the most common questions. When we finished corresponding, he/she made sure I was satisfied. As far as the product is concerned, every camera should be set for the correct vehicle. for example, I have a Jeep the I like to take the top off. A wire going to the back window is not good. A suction cup is the best way to go from car to car. We have a lease car, can not use adhesive to stick on the windshield.
