In this day and age of AI, somehow my order was doubled unbeknownst to me. I was only notified the next day. The mark of a good company is much more than their product, it's customer service. THAT'S where you usually run into trouble! Since the company has lightning-fast delivery, I didn't think I could get this mistake caught & I'd have to deal with it later. Kaus, in customer service was fantastic & was able to catch the order before being sent, refund the extra I had been charged & sent my original order on its way. A good product & a fantastic company. Purchase with confidence!

The timeframe this took from commencement to finalising was great, especially once a person (Kaus) was allocated to manage my issue, and given we're on opposite sides of the world.
Kaus was easy to talk with and he was willing to assist in any way he could. A favourable outcome was achieved and a refund was processed and available immediately. Thanks Kaus

I placed an order and unfortunately, the order never made it to me. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response. I was issued a refund that arrived within days. The service I received was exceptional. Although I really wanted my purchase, the service I received made it a little bit better.!🙂
I would love to try and order again, but I’m afraid it won’t be able to be delivered again. I don’t understand why it couldn’t be delivered. But I appreciate the prompt response.

I ordered two wireless dash cams. Saker's confirming email showed my address incorrectly. The city was correctly identified, but both the street and street number were very wrong, wrong beyond a typographical error. I immediately cancelled the order. Saker promptly cancelled my order and credited my account w.out question, however, Saker subtracted $2.50 from the credit. The cancellation followed from Saker's error, not mine. The dash cams looked pretty good, and I would have been happy to receive them, but I'm going to have to find another vendor w. a better bot. I asked for a refund of the aforementioned $2.50. I don't know if I'll get it; not enough time to process that request has passed.

The steamer is inconvenient to use to have to keep changing the water tank to keep steaming then pressure of the steam goes off when it reaches a certain temperature so goes off and on I really wanted to like this product but it just wasn’t for me

Ordered Industrial Floor Gap Suction Tool which does not stick to my floor. Sent email to Sakerplus the day I received and 1 week later had not received a response. Sent 2nd email requesting info on refund and where to return tool. Received a response that shipping cost have increased and asking if I would accept refund of 60%. I declined, and after receiving refund from credit card company, received email from Sakerplus that they've fully refunded the cost.

At first it seemed like a long time to get my garden tool, over two weeks, I tried to check the tracking and it couldn't find my order, I contacted the company and they assured me it was on it's way, about a week later the company sent me an email saying it arrived in my in my mailbox, I was so excited, went to the box and nothing?? Then about a week later it finally arrived, so everything worked out. So happy to get it, Thank you for keeping me updated on what was happening with my order
